Mason GenieReviews of masongenie.com

Mason Genie has an amazing product! Easy to use! Excellent customer service too!

Quick and respectful response. Trying to solve the problem I had without making it a big deal. Customer service was great!

I received a very quick response giving me an update on my order. Much appreciated!

My Mason Genie is fun to use and truly does extend the freshness of produce, and prevents staleness of crackers. Customer service was quick when I had a problem, and an easy adjustment had my device back on track. Use it almost daily. Bought 3 more for gifts.

I purchased my first Mason Genie about a year ago. Suddenly, it stopped sealing, so I got in touch with the company, talked to a REAL person and told him what was going on. He gave me 3 ideas to try and the 3rd idea worked! I am back to fresh fruit with my not stale granola and yogurt for breakfast. I make my own dogfood and using the Mason Genie, I can cut the vegetables up ahead of time so there isn't so much work to do on the actual cooking day. I LOVE my Genie and the customer service is amazing!

Mason Genie is an amazing invention helping the environment as much as helping families. Love that I can preserve so much in a mason jar with the top secured on with the Mason Genie. Had so many unused mason jars laying around taking up space and Mason Genie now helps me take care of the clutter. It is very easy to use and customer service has been excellent with shipping quickly. I am helping the environment by not using plastic bags anymore and helping my family because glass is much better than plastic. Definitely a must buy for anybody who wants to preserve food longer and help the environment.

I’d seen the Mason Genie a while back and finally decided to take the plunge and bought two, with plans on gifting one. BUT, I was so incredibly impressed with how well it worked, I ended up keeping both and I use them at the same to speed up my dry herbs/goods storage. Absolute game changer, and the little chalk lids are a cute but very useful addition. Highly recommend Mason Genie. I am definitely going to buy some for Christmas gifts this year!

I received my Mason Genie last Christmas and absolutely love it. It has help us preserve cheese, fruits, vegetables, and even fresh ground coffee. I also bought the Vacuum Genie with reusable bags and love that too. The support from the company has been amazing as well, quick to respond and they stand by their products.
