Mashvisor is a must have for investors
The information available is really incredible. Helps identify areas to take advantage of and does a lot of the hard work in collecting date. Its an invaluable tool in assessing property value for investment.

I was picking between Mashvisor and…
I was picking between Mashvisor and it's competitors and appreciated the Free 7- Day Trial option. I like the side by side analytics provided for Airbnb and traditional potential as I am trying to make a decision between a short term and long term rental myself. I have tried retrieving data from active listings on both Airbnb and the MLS but Mashvisor saves a lot of time and includes various fields including, availability, occupancy, cash on cash, cap rate, cashflow and even impact of Airbnb reviews.

Cut through my analysis fatigue.
As a new remote investor, property analysis can seem overwhelming. Mashvisor offers an intuitive interface that clearly shows properties with cash flow potential. When looking at a new and unfamiliar market, you have the ability to avoid pitfalls by viewing granular neighborhood by neighborhood analysis. So far, Mashvisor has been been excellent "training wheels" for my first purchase and it is likely to be something that I will use for the long haul.
