Hi Steve thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you and your client are disappointed with the experience, and we would like to clarify a few points regarding the order. Due to the substantial size of the outdoor kitchen, the picking and packing process took longer than initially anticipated. The countertop also required additional production time. Once the order was ready for dispatch, tracking information was provided so that the shipment could be monitored through to delivery. We appreciate that the delivery arriving in separate shipments was inconvenient; however, the carrier’s scheduling, delivery notifications, and site-access procedures are unfortunately outside our direct control. Regarding the refrigerators, both units included with the order were supplied and delivered. We understand that you wanted the refrigerator doors configured so that they would open away from each other. Unfortunately, the manufacturer subsequently confirmed that, due to the redesigned refrigerator and new safety components located internally, the door swing on this particular model cannot be reversed. We explained this information in our email correspondence once it had been confirmed by the manufacturer. We certainly have not intended to ignore or refuse to assist you. Aside from the refrigerator door-swing configuration described above, the complete outdoor kitchen and the components included in the order were supplied for the agreed purchase price. We appreciate your business and regret the frustration caused by the delays and the refrigerator-door configuration. We remain available to communicate with you directly regarding any outstanding issues with the products supplied.

Good morning, Daniel, We’re truly sorry that you felt the need to leave us a one-star review. When you called, it was outside of our business hours, and we sincerely apologize for that. Regarding your email, we responded within 24 hours, informing you that the item you ordered had been discontinued. We also offered to keep searching for it elsewhere, but you requested a refund, which we processed right away. Please rest assured, there is no need to dispute the charge, as the refund has already been issued. If you have any further concerns or need any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Edward, we’re sorry you felt compelled to label us dishonest. In reality, your order was picked, packed, and collected by the shipping company. We were in the process of generating your tracking number two days ago. However, you resorted to threats of cancelling via your bank and used unacceptable language toward our team. We do not tolerate abusive conduct. Thus, we determined that the best course of action was to cancel your order and provide a full refund.

Unfortunately, the model you purchased had just been discontinued, and we had sold the last units shortly before. We know communication is critical, so we contacted you right away, offering an upgraded model. We understand the price difference was frustrating, and since it wasn’t acceptable to you, we refunded you in full. We’re sorry you felt the need to leave us a 1-star review. We do understand that previous 1-star reviews we’ve received were from similar situations. In each case, we’ve tried to offer solutions, and when that wasn’t agreeable, we refunded promptly.
