i love my products great service and fast thank you

I was ready or order a glider. I see a virtual chat window. I ask a question about the glider mechanism. Get answer quite promptly. But then, my order doesn't click through. I check back the order page. I have a new message that price increased on my item but the team forgot to adjust it! I ask about new price and if they will honor original price I had quoted in my message. I am told it is $1,000 increase but they will give me $700 increase!! Beware of possible price changes here. Needless to say, I did not order my item.

I called them to ask some questions and to get help with my order. They were very knowledgeable and the lady I spoke with was super sweet and helpful! I received my order really fast and everything works wonderfully! Overall a great experience- wonderful customer support and service and fast delivery!!

We ordered our range online and received a confirmation but then the company went silent until I called to find out where the stove ended up. The very next day it was in our driveway. They sell great stuff but they need to figure out how to communicate with their customers. I don't want a very expensive range sitting in my driveway while I'm at work and a hurricane is coming.

I ran into financial hardship right as the kitchenette was shipping. I asked for consideration, ie to allow me to return or cancel or refuse delivery, and the company said it could not help me, they would not reimburse, so I now have $4000 debt at a very unexpectedly difficult time. I understand all policies so the company was within its rights to deny my request, but I’ve refused shipment once before from another company years ago - and this when a costly item was on the truck in my driveway! - and the company kindly refunded me, no penalty. I’m a small business, and unlike others, I did very well financially during Covid and am suddenly hurting post Covid. Presumably this larger company could’ve absorbed the shipping cost better than I can absorb this debt. Again, I acknowledge that they can’t be held at fault for my choice of purchase and timing of sudden financial distress, but companies that can’t treat humans like humans and give them a break now and then are not companies I will not deal with again or recommended. ***And the item was not at all customized. It’s one of many different size kitchenettes. I ordered the “Summit 64" Wide Casework Suite with Refrigerator and Microwave, ADA Height” as is - I made no changes or customizations to this product. So it could’ve been resold easily as new.

I have a survey and no product. No follow-up from salesperson. Product is 10 days late. Salesperson is hard to reach.
