I had some confusion with my booking and reached out to customer service and Cherrie was able to answer my questions and get me the information I needed.She was very helpful and thorough.

I used Martigo first time just because appeared as the cheapest option on the price comparison site, about 10% cheaper. I had problems with other ticketing sites before so I checked the details on the airline website right away. And it was all correct. There are still 2 weeks to my flight but so far everything looks correct.

I never write reviews, but I am so grateful for martiGo for this. American Airlines canceled our 1am flight home to the USA from Quito at the last minute. I was able to rebook a 3-leg journey on a flight just three hours later through martiGO and it saved us. Complicated itinerary across two different airlines and went 100% smoothly.

Was ok! I booked on short notice. The flight ended up being significantly more expensive than was shown in the Google Flights overview.

Refund me I still did not get refunded till now !!!! You have canceled my flight ticket without refunding

I accidentally clicked the wrong date when booking a ticket. They refused to give me a refund even though the ticket was for a flight OVER A MONTH in the future. The customer service was also extremely slow and unresponsive. I had to wait hours, and never got confirmation that the issue was closed.
