Booking was easy due to very clear information about flight, luggage, itinerary, etc.

Ordering process easy…
Ordering process was quite straightforward, no issues. At one step I had troubles to find the total, but that was probably my fault. All in all easy to use.

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS - they say Ticket is Fully refundable but when you read their FAQ they say USUALLY NO REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE they say YOU HAVE TO DO ONLINE CHECK IN BUT THERE IS NO CHECK IN OPTION ON THE TICKET PAGE !!!! INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS !!!

War auch sehr skeptisch
War auch sehr skeptisch, als meine Mutter zu mir meinte, dass sie über Martigo gebucht hatte. Habe dann Bewertungen bei Trustpilot gesehen und war fassungslos. Für mich war dann klar, dass die guten Bewertungen bestimmt Fake sind und alles ein Riesen scam sei. Aber war dann positiv überrascht vom WhatsApp Support. Letztendlich hat alles super geklappt und die ganze Aufregung war umsonst. Für 1200€ von Hannover nach Neuseeland und wieder zurück, ist zudem noch ein sehr guter Preis. Wollte hier einfach nochmal Danke sagen, was nach meinem Aufreger am Anfang dann auch das mindeste ist.

The site was difficult to use and there was no option to purchase a 'checked bag'. The price on Google was also much less than what I ended up having to pay on Martigo's site. About 50$ more I had to pay.
