When I booked my ticket it made me pick a seat and clearly showed a bed and when I got in the plane it was a regular seat this is a total SCAM!!!!

Helpful customer service
Competitive price at time of booking, and I just had a very helpful customer service interaction with Leo over Whatsapp. They helped me book a vegan meal and how to go about booking a seat next to my friend who has a separate booking. So far so good!
