I order some kayaks. Money showed coming out of my bank account and then just disappeared. I’ve read some reviews that this company will just cancel your order without notification. I have tried to reach out to them for 3 days now with several phone calls, emails, and the chat box. I’m getting absolutely ignored. I think this is a scam now and I reported them to my bank for fraud. Even though it seemed the transaction was cancelled I don’t trust them now to still take money out of my account and not send the kayaks. I mean this is just weird. Buyer beware!

Ordered an item that was listed as in stock. I got a confirmation email but nothing after that. Order status page on their site didn't work. Chat didn't work. Tried to email and then got an automated email that said "Due to an issue with our shipping service, we were unable to fulfill your order."

I purchased a Miele canister vacuum from MartExplore. They offered the best price for the model I wanted, and shipping was super quick! Very happy!

I recently purchased a Suncast storage cabinet from MartExplore. This was my first time visiting this site; thus, my first time purchasing from them and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Their website was very user-friendly. I received my product within the time frame as promised and exactly as described. Best of all . . . . . I saved over $50.00 by purchasing on their site. I would highly recommend MartExplore.

Was skeptical this was a scammy site because, well, look at it. But they allowed Apple Pay so I felt good about that so I risked it because of the price on my inflatable water slide was the best around. Order arrived within a couple days. No problems!

Unbelievable. I researched and saw a couple of poor reviews but they didn’t seem legitimate. I don’t know how they do it, but my Vitamix was $50 cheaper here than anywhere else. AND, I got it within days. I love it!

On July 8 I successfully placed an order for a pool light. The receipt they sent me along with the confirmation info showed that they charged me and received the correct price ( purchase price plus sales tax). A few minutes later my bank alerted me about the purchase. The amount charged was more than the receipt reflected. They overcharged my card by almost $8.00. Right away I attempted to contact them to find out what happened and requested a partial refund for the overcharged amount. I left them a couple messages through their Chat feature, plus a voicemail and an email. Later that day I received an email verifying my purchase. It said that as soon as it was shipped they would send me the tracking number. I should expect delivery within 5-10 days. I didn’t hear back from them and after a few days I still hadn’t received my tracking number. Again, I attempted to reach them but no one answered the phone or Chat. On July 15 I still hadn’t received the partial refund or tracking number or the product. I logged into my bank account and right before my eyes my account balance increased by almost $400. After looking for an explanation, I discovered that my order had been cancelled and my money was refunded in full. There was no explanation as to why it was cancelled or when or why they didn’t just issue a partial refund and ship my item to me. I had been waiting for my order to arrive and a week later they decided to cancel the order. They had kept my money tied up for a week. Had they simply communicated with me by responding to my many messages I left asking them to contact me, I would have not been wasting my time waiting for my order and my money would have been returned so that I would have been able to order the item elsewhere. If they cancelled due to an error on their part, it could’ve been immediately reordered. Instead, without any communication they waited a full week then cancelled it and refunded my credit card. Their customer service is abysmal. Since July 8th, then starting again on July 15th, I have tried every possible way to contact them and no one has bothered to respond to any of my messages! I would place the order with them again because their price is great, but I am reluctant to do that without customer support assistance because of what happened the first time. I see that they responded to positive reviews on this site and ignored the negative one. The positive reviews mentioned how responsive and helpful their customer support was which is very strange because I have had the polar opposite experience. This makes me wonder what kind of company they’re running and makes me question the positive reviews mentioned. If I am able to speak with someone at the company and am able to successfully place and receive the order, I will be happy to update my review. I am very disappointed so far.
