All the products I've purchased from Marmot have exceeded my expectations. I honestly was surprised by the company reviews here becasue I have not had any issues with the product, though I've never interacted with customer service. The Tungsten UL tent and Precip jacket I have have both lasted many years of heavy use. I would and do recommend them to friends and family.
