The spokesperson was friendly and informative; without being pushy. We've been searching adjustable beds for about 4 years. We decided to buy at Mark's mattress due to the great deal and comfortable mattress. We're very happy with the adjustable bed, and mattress we chose. We would recomend Mark's mattress to our friends and family. We also recommend the extremely comfortable pillows we bought there as well.

the manager totally scammed me...quoted me a price on the phone and when i got there was given a so called discount to make it look like i was getting a deal but with the discount it was the quoted price...so not a deal !!!!! at all..also charged me more to deliver then the delivery charge then said i was getting a discount because i bought 2 Mattress NOT TRUE it was the actual delivery charge

Great price. Handy delivery. Love the bed & frame. This is my 4th mattress purchase from Mark’s. Wouldn’t go any where else.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales person who was helpful but not pushy. Delivery guys gave us a call when they were headed to our house, were on time, very friendly, and quick getting our old mattress out and the new one in. We have been very pleased with our mattress and box springs now that we have had a few nights to sleep on it.

Everything went smooth, delivery men called me when they were on the way and showed up when they said there were going to. Got in set up the base and mattress, and ran through all the settings for the base. Delivery men were very polite and professional!! I would highly recommend Marks Mattress Outlet and plan to purchase future mattresses there!

Thanks for the great review! It is super that we were almost able to satisfy you completely. We were almost there, but just not quite. What was missing from your experience that caused your rating not to be a 5? We'd love to know so we can do even better next time.
