Great quality hair, last a long time, and always the perfect color!

Ridiculous, don't believe anything on their site. Fast shipping? That's a joke. Updated via email if there's a delay? Only if you send them multiple emails first. Then you still won't get full answers. I was supposed to get my products within 3-5 days, the fastest shipping option. Both items were labelled as available for fast shipping and in stock. Yet here I am 5+ days later and still without a tracking number! They replied saying it was partially shipped. But over the course of tell emails I'm still yet to receive a tracking number. You'd think if that was ACTUALLY true they'd be freely offering the shipping info. Can't speak to quality of the hair because.... Haven't received it! I'm so upset, I sent back hair from their competition thinking this would be here yesterday. I need this after I had hair break off after too many chemicals I look horrible and am starting a new job next week. My hair appointment has had to be cancelled, wasting my time and energy and I am miserable having to leave the house looking like this that's not why I dropped hundreds of dollars I can assure you of that! Update 1: Market Hair Extension my order # is CA3190158193HM Update 2: Markethairextension please email me the tracking number then for my partially shipped item you have my email on file with my order number. Thank you. And now a couple of hours later ....Still no email with tracking number received... Update 3: So I received this email from your customer service worker: "Thanks for your order.We have sent the items out to you by the DHL which is the fastest shipping method.In order to avoid the customs fee,if the customs call yu for the value of the items,pls tell them that every set is $10.45.There are 2 sets in total.Thanks for your cooepration and understanding." Unfortunately, not it was I not aware these were shipping from China and would incur additional charges, you should know that DHL or customs doesn't call the customer for verification of taxes due. So this isn't something I have any control over. In order to receive the DHL 7144590935 shipment I had to pay around an additional $26 CAD. Even better is that IT'S NOT EVEN MY FULL ORDER half of my order is missing and STILL has not even been sent out yet now 8+ days since I originally ordered! I am beyond frustrated and upset with you right now. I was told TWICE that this shipment was going to have my full order (Set of 2 Brazilian virgin wefts + Lila 100s both 26 inches), and that was why this shipment supposedly took so long to fulfill in the first place. But the Lila extensions ARE THE EVEN IN THIS PACKAGE so what the heck is actually going on here? I am sick of the misinformation and wait. I want my money back immediately for the Lila extensions since they haven't even been sent yet and a partial refund for the missed appointment fee, the customs fees I wasn't notified of, the lack of notifications in general on my order status. This whole experience has been completely unprofessional. UPDATE #4: MY EXTENSIONIST WHO IS A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST AND HAS DONE INSTALLATIONS OF EXTENSIONS FOR OVER 20 YEARS REFUSED TO USE THIS PRODUCT SINCE THE "VIRGIN" WEFTS I RECEIVED ARE FAKE THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT COURSENESSES OF HAIR DIAMETERS IN THE "VIRGIN" HAIR WEFTS. ALSO SMELL REALLY CHEMICALLY, STRANGE FOR UNPROCESSED VIRGIN HAIR DON'T YOU THINK..? THE LILA I-TIPS FINALLY ARRIVED MAY 24TH, NOW 16 DAYS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER MAY 8TH WITH EXPRESS 3-5 DAY SHIPPING, DUTIES FEES CHARGED ON 1ST SHIPMENT WHICH WAS ALSO LATE AND ONLY A PARTIAL ORDER WAS SENT. THE 2ND SHIPMENT ARRIVED MAY 24 WITH I-TIPS AFTER FILING A PAYPAL CLAIM AND THEY SHED SO BADLY RIGHT OUT OF PACKAGE THEY AREN'T USABLE. I HAVE PICTURES AND REQUESTED A REFUND FOR ITEMS IN 1ST SHIPMENT AND CANCELLATION OF I-TIPS DUE TO LATE ARRIVAL AND QUALITY CONCERNS PRIOR TO 2ND SHIPMENT BEING SENT THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL AND NOW REFUSE TO REFUND ME OR ALLOW ME TO RETURN THE ITEMS FOR REFUND DESPITE THEIR OWN REFUND AND QUALITY POLICIES STATED ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. NOW HAVE TO FILE REPORT OF FRAUD ON ANTI-FRAUD CENTRE TO HAVE PAYPAL CONTINUE MY CLAIM. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON THINGS THAT ARENT ADVERTISED AS SUCH AND/OR NEVER ARRIVE OR ARRIVE LATE AND END UP UNUSABLE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES TO BUY FROM, I KNOW BECAUSE MY STYLIST DIDNT REFUSE TO USE THEIR VIRGIN WEFTS!

This is my second time purchasing hair extensions from Markethairextension and I am very happy with both the product (I purchased a packet of 100 nail tip 18" bleach blonde),which was very natural looking and long wearing (I got 7 months out of the extensions) and the customer service (the product arrived within days). The price was only Euro 52.95 + Euro 9.95 shipping (Euro 62.90 in total),which was a bargain. I look forward to purchasing from Markethairextension in the future.

Excellent products. Really good quality of tape in's, and easy too use.

I have searched other websites for tape in extensions and it was a fail. Too much money, not the color I wanted, too long, too short, whatever the reason may be. I found this site and have loved it ever since! I bought 5 bundles of hair tape in for less than at a salon!!! I couldn't believe it! I've had them in for almost a month now and no one can tell they're fake! I love this website!

I have ordered from here a few times. I find the hair exceptional quality to colour to match my wacky shade. Washes and dries silky smooth and it great after using my GHDS. I like the fact the company has so much choice and length options. I always buy itip.
