I think AI is the future and I really like Marketer.com for it’s ease-of-use and their staff is exceptionally helpful and supportive… I think AI is going to be the most important marketing decision. Any company can make and picking a company is essential… I like these guys a lot. It’s going to be a really good mood for us.

After posting my review, they called me and we had a really productive conversation. They were very reasonable and helpful. They promised to issue a full refund for the 3-month commitment, which I think is fair and shows that they’re willing to stand by their word. What impressed me most is that they’ll now offer a monthly payment plan instead of requiring 3 months upfront. This is fantastic news for microbrands like mine, giving us more flexibility to test and scale with a smaller budget. They’re also assigning a personal brand consultant to help me kickstart my campaigns, free of charge. This personal touch makes a huge difference. I shared feedback about how the campaign publishing process could be simpler and more user-friendly, and they said they’re working to improve that too. So even though things started rocky, I really appreciate the empathy and flexibility they showed. I’m looking forward to working with them again, and I’m hopeful for better results with this new, more supportive approach.
