Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re pleased to hear that you found the training process quick and easy. Your feedback about the quiz images and the small grammar issues is very valuable, and our team is already reviewing these items to ensure everything displays correctly across all devices and that the content remains polished and clear. Regarding the acceptance of Liberian certificates in South Africa, you are absolutely correct. South Africa’s maritime authority (SAMSA) only accepts certificates from administrations with which it has a formal recognition agreement under STCW Regulation I/10. Liberia is not included in that list, which means Liberian STCW certificates are internationally valid, including acceptance by authorities such as the MCA (UK), but not accepted for work on South African‑flagged vessels or within South African territorial waters. We appreciate you noting that this is a local regulatory restriction and not related to the quality or validity of the training provided. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. It helps us continue improving the learning experience for all students while maintaining transparency about international flag‑state requirements.
