Marine Pro Academy is responsible only for delivering the training and issuing the certificate exactly as advertised. We do not take responsibility for how you choose to use the certificate afterwards or for which country or company you intend to submit it to.You wrote that you were “told the company was authorized by a country you wanted the certificate for.” We never claim authorization for any specific country unless it is officially published.You also mentioned the certificate came from a different establishment. certificates are issued by the approved training partner, as clearly stated before enrollment.Your comment does not specify which country you needed the certificate for, nor what approval you were referring to, so it is impossible to understand your complaint. The sentence you wrote is also unclear and does not reflect the actual process.We have hundreds of successful students whose certificates are accepted by major cruise companies — Royal Caribbean Group, MSC Cruises, Carnival Corporation, and others — and we have never had an issue when certificates are used correctly.If you need guidance on how to use your certificate, we are here to help.

The course was successfully completed and your valid certificate was issued; nevertheless, we understand that all lesson material must remain clear and fully readable throughout the training. Display and formatting can occasionally vary depending on the device, screen size or browser being used, but we recognise that this should not interfere with access to important information. We are also preparing to launch a new e-learning platform designed to provide smoother navigation, improved compatibility across devices and a more enjoyable learning experience.
