Marin BikesReviews of marinbikes.com

Appreciate the easy to use site to order parts. My order was processed quickly & arrived on time. Thank you!

The shipment arrived on time and ready for assembly. I will give props the the packaging team at Marin bikes, because, the box looked as though it had been through a trip around the world a few times, but no parts missing or damaged on the inside and that's all that counts. The bicycle rolls true and smooth, shifts effortlessly with the in-hub derailer and braking is a breeze with the hydraulic discs. We're excited for the family trip to Mackinac Island next week to christen teh two-wheeler officially!

My only gripe was I didn't get a tracking number, though delivery was extraordinarily quick!

Actually ordering and receiving the part was great. The website was not completely clear on which part to get, though, as my specific model of bike was not listed.

Great part, fast shipping. The only reason for not five star was the price for such a small part.

Rift Zone Carbon XR Lg I think this bike delivers above expectations and looks great. Decent package would like to see tubeless included though.

Got me the part quickly.!!! Happy customer

The ordering experience was super simple and the bike arrived within 4 days. The box arrived with no exterior damage, but I should have opened it before accepting the delivery. I took the box to my local bike shop for assembly and when we took the bike out of the box we noticed that the rear derailer was bent and the front disc was bent and creased. My fault for not checking the inside of the box and the bike when it arrived from the shipping company. Fortunately Rich at Block Bikes is awesome and he was able to fix the derailer and straighten out the front disk; the crease is visible on the front disk and it makes a small noise that is not too noticeable, but if it bothers me after a few rides I will spend the money to buy and install a new disk. The bike is awesome and performs better then expected; it handles great and soaks up the bumps/rocks/ruts like they aren't even there. Love how the bike responds to my riding style; I am 215 lbs and ride hard, this bike has been smooth and controllable on every ride. Awesome bike for sure, just make sure to inspect everything before you accept delivery.
