Marigold ShadowsReviews of marigoldshadows.com

Ordered a lot of things, the delivery was postponed couple of times, eventually they "delivered" it when I was on vacation. Never got my package. They said it's not their responsibility, there was no insurance or signature request. Be careful with your orders.

I had a defective issue with an item, and they got back to me super fast and offered to replace it. I spoke with an actual person, which is rare, and they were quiet pleasant about accommodating me. As one small business clothing owner to another, I really appreciate the personal response and accountability. I will be purchasing again.

When I first seen their thigh high boots I fell in love!!! I’ve been looking for a boot in a 12 that can fit my thighs and I found them!!! These boots are a perfect fit and I love how they look on me!! I will definitely recommend shopping at Marigold shadows. Thanks

I ordered two items, a wrap vest and long button down dress, both were beautiful and good quality but unfortunately didn't fit me well as they were both one size and fit too big. The return process was incredibly easy and I appreciate the options they offer for returns. I hope to order something more fitting in the future!

I've ordered twice from Marigold Shadows and have had a good experience. They're clear about the shipping times, and the quality is stellar for the price point. I get tons of compliments on the unique pieces from MG. My only reservation in recommending them is for those needing larger sizes, as don't have much that would fit a plus size person.

I love love love marigold shadows!! They are my favorite avante-garde clothing store to date. I’ve bought multiple things from them and look at their website longingly to get more! Wearing their clothes makes me feel so confident :) The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because one time I ordered a pair of pants that I really loved and unfortunately they only sold them in one size and when they came in they didn’t end up fitting, so I see them in my closet and feel sad haha But besides that I love them so much!! Highly recommend!!

I have been ordering from Marigold Shadows for a year now and they do not disappoint. I absolutely love the clothes they carry. So unique and still affordable. If you sign up for their mailing list, they will notify you of new fashions and coupon codes regularly. I like their clothes because they have designs appropriate for a variety of ages and body types. They have clothes I would have loved when I was in my twenties, and that can still appreciate today. They have clothes appropriate for mature women that are still fashion forward. And they have things I can't get anywhere else. The clothes that they have in stock ship very quickly. If the clothes are not in stock, they ship from the overseas warehouse, which takes longer, especially during COVID. But if you have a question, customer service is always quick to respond.

Buyer Beware - STAY AWAY! I really should have checked the reviews here before ordering - One star seems overly generous. Ordered on April 29th and it appeared that my order was fulfilled by the 2nd of May - How promising! I too was under the assumption that the company was based in the U.S., but no worries - for work I am used to having samples shipped regularly from China, and these usually arrive without issue in a timely fashion. Well now... I ordered 4 items at the same time and *one* item finally arrived last week ON JULY 8th - over two months from the date of order. Do they not consolidate orders, assuming these items were all "despatched" [sic] on the same date? The other three items from my order appear to be languishing in a 'handed over to airlines' status - honestly, shipping by boat could have been faster. I do appreciate disruptions in shipping due to COVID, but this is egregious and quite frankly shady business practice - I notice that others on this website had similar shipping woes PRIOR to COVID (January) so *my bad* for not researching more thoroughly. I can honestly say that it would have been less stressful and faster to buy a sewing machine, learn to sew and to create these items for myself. hmmm, maybe I'll start an online business with all I've learned about (how *not* to execute) customer service. Friends, you have been warned by my cautionary tale. K P.S. Also, what beautiful packaging are some of the other reviewers receiving? My small item literally came in a BAG!
