I ordered twice from them BECAUSE I started with ordering clothes. The clothes were decent which then caused me to order the Baddie Barrel Boots - they are not the best quality but still wearable. They’re photos are better than the actual quality of items.

So the item arrived on time and looks good. HOWEVER...it smells like mildew! I've watched enough clothing/scam documentaries (looking at you LuLa Rich) to suspect the clothing hasn't been properly stored. I washed the item in lavender detergent, dried it, and now have it airing outside. It's been days and it still smells.

I had been lusting after many of the Fashions on this website for a long time, but kept reading mixed reviews and so was very skeptical. I decided to take a chance with a 15% off item, something that did not require an exact fit. It arrived very quickly, was pretty much as advertised, a little oddly tight in the sleeves, but otherwise no problem. The package had zero paperwork, no receipt no returns, nothing. I could see why it would be problematic to return an outfit. I don't think I would risk buying anything that had more exact fit requirements on this website. I wouldn't want to have to deal with trying to return it with no paperwork and also having to pay shipping both ways.

We usually don't put paperwork on the packages to avoid having customers send packages back to our warehouse because we have a different address where we take returns. We accept all returns within 30-days of the package being delivered as long as they're unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It's actually very easy to return an item.
