My Patient Care Coordinator is Jamie and he has done an excellent job by being prompt with his replies, interested in my concerns and questions, and has fixed any issues that have come up since working with Marek. He truly has invested time and energy into my unique health concerns and helps navigate me through potential options and the proper questions to ask the Physician.

I have been with Marek Health for close to 8 months. Since my first intake meeting my PCC Eric Breker has lead with compassion, understanding, and has acted as somewhat of a mentor on my health journey. I am used to the traditional healthcare system where every interaction seems transactional, and as if doctors don’t have time to get to the root of the issue (which is not always their fault). Eric has gone above and beyond and is always ready to provide me with any information, best use cases, and has aligned himself with what I would like to accomplish long term in regards to help my health and fitness goals. You can always count on him to get back to you ASAP, when you ping him and always takes a informative and customer-focused approach. I don’t want to be dramatic, but I would remiss if I didn’t say that Marek Health and its staff have changed my life for the better. Thank you Eric, you’re the man!

Marek has been amazing from day 1 for me. I work with Tom as my PCC and Adam H. For my Dr. both have been amazing. Tom is very informative and is very knowledgeable in the areas we discuss. Tom always responds in what feels like minutes when I shoot him an email. Doctor Hotchkiss is awesome as well. I’m a huge fan of his content anyway, so being able to work with him personally is really amazing. Both of these guys have provided top tier customer service to me and the best knowledge around for optimization and longevity of my body. I’m still shocked at times that Marek runs the way it does. It is a well oiled machine with expert knowledge, application, and accuracy at its core. That’s been my experience with Tom as my PCC and Adam as my doctor. The caliber of care and support that Marek provides to its patients cannot be matched! Thank you Tom and Adam. And thank you Marek!

Marek really cares about your health. I've been dealing with Matthew, and he has gone far above my expectations in optimizing my health. He is always on the ball, and is always prepared to discuss how my health and health background can be fully optimized. Overall, I greatly recommend Marek for all your men's health needs!

I feel lucky to have Mathew Moeller as my patient care Cordinator, When I recommend my clients to Marek Health I always suggest they use “my guy”. Though automate emails say to expect a response in 24-48 hours from your PCC, Matthew always gets back to me quickly. I believe weather or not you have a good experience with Marek Healths depends highly on your PCC. I wouldn’t look at another tele health company if it didn’t have Matthew in it.

Marek health has been a game changer for me. Prior to joining Marek I was feeling very frustrated with my primary care physician. I felt like I wasn’t being listened to and wasn’t getting advice that was helpful to me. My team at Marek have been extremely helpful, from my initial consultation to follow up panels and reviews I feel like I finally have health advisors that are there for me, listen and are knowledgeable enough to help me attain my goals. Truly an exceptional experience. I have really made huge improvements in my health in a short period of time. I have a long way to go to fill hit my goals, but I am stoked to have Marek supporting me along the way.
