I’ve been with Marek Health for about a year now and hope they never stop doing what they’re doing. Yes, you are going to spend a little money depending on your goals, but so far it’s been worth every penny. Tom Fallows-Baker has stayed engaged with me since I started and despite how many people he works with (probably a lot), he manages to keep up on a personal level. Most of the bad reviews I’ve seen on here are people not paying attention to directions. I’ll be with Marek for a long time to come.

Thank you to my health coach Michael Rogerson (request him he is great!) and thank you Marek Health. After completing my exhaustive blood testing my care team here was able to pinpoint a few key deficiencies and made me a simple treatment plan including many lifestyle changes and a few key supplements. This has changed my life. It sounds called in but my mental clarity, recovery time, and motivation to work and workout have been significantly improved. I am not on TRT/HRT in this program just to clarify. I just needed some supplementation and I feel like myself again after months of trying antidepressants and other stimulants. I found this entire process very welcoming and once again my health coach Michael was so great in helping through the process.

Jamie Macfarlane is awesome!! I appreciate his swift responses and always getting back to me anytime of the week! He's very attentive, and helps me with any dumb question I ask. My years with Marek have been great and have fixed alot of my issues, and Jamie has been an integral part of that. Highly recommend having him as your patient care coordinator!

Eric made everything so easy and answered all my questions with no problem! Jessica was great too, she gave me all the information need to make the best decisions. No complaints here! Great place to go to if you wanna get healthy and learn about your body!

After 7 months of working with Erica Lupiloff and Marek Health my life has significantly improved. I'm currently 58 and about 4 years ago I and felt like my energy, focus, strength and joy for everyday life fell off a cliff. I asked myself am I just getting old, does everybody my age feel like this(pain, sluggish, moody)? I scheduled several appointments with my primary doctor. I think he really tried to help. However, none of the recommended treatments (meds, diet, physical therapy etc.) seemed to do very much. After working with Erica at Marek over the past 7 months I've come to believe, while my primary care physician is a good doctor he is simply not equipped, either because of his practice focus or the medical system itself to spend enough time to dive deep into bloodwork. Marek had me testing bio markers I wasn't even aware of. After analysis of my test results recommendations were made and closely monitored. After a couple months to dial in my protocol I now feel better than I ever thought I could. Thank you Erica and Marek Health!

Marek has helped me improve my quality of life. Prior to Marek, I wasn’t getting the attention or information I needed to make informed decisions about my health. With their guidance, I’ve been able to get my hormones back on track and live a healthy, balanced life.
