I started working Marek Health and meeting with Joshua Smith, he's done an amazing job, explaining each step, answering questions and prioritizing what to focus on first. Marek Health has made a very easy and professional process.

I have had a really supportive experience at Marek Health, especially from Joshua Smith, my health coach. His thoroughness in analyzing my bloodwork and addressing my specific perimenopausal concerns showed a strong commitment to me right from the start. I could not get my OB or Primary Care Doctor to show the same care, let alone validate that the changes, though normal, could be lightened with supplements, medications and lifestyle changes. The compassion and responsiveness I have experienced has made a huge difference in my sleep, my energy, my mental well being and my overall physical health.

I have had a great experience with Marek Health so far! Alex my coach has been such a great help in my process of making sense of the literature, and helping me discern what the best protocols for me will be. He has been very prompt in responding to all of my questions, and I am very thankful for all of the guidance I have received so far. The medical staff of Marek have also been so helpful in crafting proticals for me, and I look forward to seeing how they all pan out!

Whilst reviewing the first bloodwork results, lifestyle (diet, sleep, exercise) were first recommended to improve hormone levels (suboptimal testosterone in particular). After a second test with less than desirable results, TRT was mentioned along with a conversation with the pros and cons of it. At no point was an unnecessary laundry list of medications pushed on me by Marik staff. I was assigned to Logan Crickon as my health coach who has been great with responding to questions and minimalist in what has been recommended as far as interventions go. My quality of life is for the better since starting my time with Marik Health a little over six months ago.

Ashlyn has been amazing! I started my journey with Marek fairly recently and had no idea what to really expect since I didn’t really think I was part of their normal targeted demographic. My first session with Ashlyn was so informative and filled with hope. I had been feeling a bit lost on a way ahead on defeating my low energy and overall low feeling about my health. As a military member, my PCM didn’t provide much guidance for my symptoms and dismissed some of my blood work that I was concerned about. My husband had heard about Marek through a podcast and we decided it was worth exploring. I expressed my concerns about working within the parameters of the military limitations for a wholistic approach and the team has been working with me on that. We are still exploring options in regards to all the recommendations for treatment but so far I’ve been given a VERY extensive plan with an incredible amount of detail. Ashlyn’s knowledge has blown me away. Everything she told me was spot on and the doctor we met with agreed with all her recommendations. She’s so knowledgeable about women’s health and has been amazing. It’s only been a few weeks and I’ve already started seeing changes in my energy levels and motivation.
