Marek, specifically Joshua, has been a total game-changer in my health, from bloodwork to workouts to mental health. Joshua is highly knowledgeable but, more importantly, curious. When he doesn't know something, he tells you and wants to learn. He's also very responsive to all my questions. I cannot recommend Marek and Joshua enough. I have told all my friends, co-workers, and family about Marek and will continue.

My coach Joshua has shared the same experiences as I which has really helped connect the dots with some issues that I have been dealing with. Also we are on the same page with mostly everything that has to do with how I view a healthy lifestyle and mindset and it’s making a difference day to day and I really appreciate that.

During my time with Marek (over a year of work now, primarily with Joshua Smith as my health coach) it’s been a fantastic journey and experience. The level of depth and help Joshua and Marek have had has been amazing, we’ve gotten my blood work metrics substantially better (including now optimal test levels so there’s all day and week energy, other metrics that were in concerning or borderline areas driven down). Just for reasons like this and seeing that Marek's methodology behind health optimization works, I have referred friends to Marek (a few are starting this year with blood work and optimization) but it’s not just pharma interventions. Joshua and Marek have worked to suggest new RDA for vitamins and minerals to achieve goals, meals/diet changes and objectives, training splits to change stuff up. Marek is making my 20s more of a prime time than I could have alone.

I started Marek Health after being disappointed with a normal Primary Care Physician for years. They offered being HSA friendly, so I figured what could it hurt. Marek Health and my health Coach Joshua Smith have been nothing but great.They have maintained Excellent communication from the start, and it is clear that they care about their clients. I had a fear that I was "too average" for a Compnay like Marek Health after seeing so many big names endorse them, but I was completely wrong. It was clear that Joshua Smith cared about what I had going on from our initial conversation, and have even given me insight to a solution to a Thryroid Health problem that I have had most of my life. A solution that has not even been brought up to me in almost 25 years by a normal Primary Care Physisican. My coach brought it up in our first conversation. I have felt better than I have in years, and I definitely feel that Marek Health is to thank.

What makes Joshua great to me is his availability, responsiveness, and deep knowledge when answering my many questions. He's also encouraging, optimistic, and realistic. He takes any inquiry seriously and is willing to go down rabbit holes in his holistic approach. He can break things down to a level I understand. I appreciate him greatly.
