I think this experience has been unique and outstanding in several ways: 1. User-friendly interface and easy to find features for everyone. 2. Very well streamlined process without bumps or issues. 3. Great lab values! After I scheduled my labs I got a phone call asking for even more detailed information and to make sure I got the services that I needed. I am very pleased that this company seems to be truly interested in your wellbeing and making sure that you have what you need.

Originally wanted to try this out as an easy means of cutting down on my pill/supplement bloat & bc I subscribed to MPMD's content online... 6 months later, I'm fully on-board the concierge medicine train. Marek Health was the single greatest thing I did for myself last year; in particular their focus on hormone optimization is a variety of treatment you can get seldom other places. Really appreciate the deep well of knowledge & experience Garrett & the whole Marek team provide --> very useful for cutting through all the bs endemic to the supplements industry. Really surprised by the cost-efficiency of the program as well. Marek runs a more transparent pricing model as compared to other lackluster subscription-based programs.

I got my first in dept bloodwork through marek health and let me tell you. It’s so in depth and was really surprised how it all went. They give you a PDF on the protocol to get your levels in the green. I recommend them 100%. Garret Kiger is my go to guy to order what I need and talk about any issues or any questions I have. The response time is fast.

Marek Health has proved to be a critical asset in not only improving my health but also optimizing it. Since starting with Marek in 2024, it was discovered through my blood work that my cholesterol, metabolic markers, and testosterone were not within the appropriate range. After talking with my provided health coach Garrett Query and doctor Adam Hotchkiss, we established a plan to improve my health and increase my athletic performance. Garrett Query has always made it a point to check on my progress, answer all my questions in a timely fashion, and encourage me to keep excelling. Fast forward to this year (2025), and I have lost 20 lbs, improved my body composition, and increased my powerlifting total, all while seeing significant improvements in all my lagging health markers. I feel great and am excited for the future ahead working with Marek Health and Garrett Query.

I couldn’t be any happier about my experience with Marek Health, but more specifically, the care I’ve received from my health consultant Joshua. Joshua has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand the ‘why’ behind every recommendation he makes, and he always takes into account my goals and lifestyle. He is also an EXCELLENT communicator. He usually responds to me the same day despite being in a different time zone. On top of that, he is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and will be your biggest advocate. I am so grateful to have found him because my health has consistently improved over the past year we have been working together. I can’t say enough good things. Marek has been fantastic. For three years I have been consulting Primary Care and specialty to resolve a medical issue. They had no answers. In my first set of labs Marek found a blood condition that has likely been the culprit. They then offered remedies to alleviate the condition. Caleb has been an excellent Health Coach providing quick recommendations and timely service. He has also been quick to recommend solutions specific to my situation and symptoms. Dr Campbell was great identifying the condition and helping me understand a way forward. I highly recommend Marek.
