"Mike Rucker at Marek Health is fantastic! He’s been a huge help on my health optimization journey. He’s super attentive, always quick to respond, and stays punctual—which is a big deal for me. I love that he’s never pushy about any products or services; he just focuses on what’s best for me. It’s made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m really excited to keep working with him in the future!"

I cannot thank the Marek health team enough! My wife and I struggled to get pregnant for over 4 years because of my fertility. I was to multiple doctors and finally I took a shot with Marek and after going through comprehensive blood work they gave me a great plan and we executed. A little over a year later my fertility improved drastically, and we are now expecting a beautiful baby girl! Thank you to Marek and the team once again! Without them we would not be where we are today!

This review for Kaitlin is long overdue!! I came to Marek seeking hormone support I so badly needed, which I know many women struggle with. From the moment I met Kaitlin, I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients and absolutely LOVES doing what she does to help people thrive in their lives! She is SO incredibly passionate about what she does and extremely knowledgeable in health, hormones, and fitness. I left our first meeting learning so much, and finally felt heard and understood why I was feeling the way I did for so long. Fast-forward 6 months later, my labs look beautiful and my problem areas have significantly improved. I cannot thank her enough for all the time, effort and care she has invested in me to get me where I am today. Kaitlin has been a blessing in my life and I am so grateful to have her as my health coach! ❤️

I have been fortunate to work with Caleb R. as my health coach through Marek Health for over six months, and I can confidently say that his expertise and dedication have been transformative. With over 10 years of experience in fitness and a background in health and nutrition education, I approached this coaching experience with high standards. Caleb has not only met but greatly surpassed my expectations. From our very first session, Caleb has demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge in all aspects of health, fitness, and nutrition. His ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and actionable manner has been invaluable. Caleb consistently arrives at our meetings well-prepared and maintains a professional, yet approachable demeanor. His insights and tailored recommendations have significantly improved my overall well-being. Marek Health's dedication to hiring such outstanding professionals is evident through Caleb. I would highly recommend Marek Health for anyone looking to improve themselves.

I have been working with Kaitlin Mcginley since I started and I have had a wonderful experience. I am 56 years old and I feel better than I have in years. No more joint pain and I feel young again. In addition, I have lost 15 pounds since starting my journey. Kaitlin is always supportive and responds quickly to my questions. I highly recommend Marek Health and particularly Kaitlin. It has been worth the money spent to get myself healthy again.

I can’t express enough how incredibly grateful I am to have worked with my coach, Mike Warner! From the very first conversation, I felt heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes for my health and well-being. Before I started working with Mike, I honestly felt disconnected from my body. But with his expert guidance, I’ve completely transformed how I feel in my own body. I feel like I literally know what is going on inside me - so many numbers and data points - so cool!! I absolutely love my body now - I have never been able to say that before. However at 41, I like ME and how I look and feel! My body feels stronger, more balanced, and truly in tune with what it needs. One of the most profound changes has been getting off birth control. Mike advised of this, and although I was hesitant, I am grateful I made this change. It blows my mind what a change it made - not only in my labs, but mentally and especially the amount of water weight I had no idea I was carrying! It’s been incredible to feel more aligned with my natural rhythms and watch how my body has adjusted so beautifully. Thank you, Mike, for not just being a coach, but a true guide in helping me rediscover my vitality. Forever thankful for the new, healthier, and more vibrant version of myself - this would have never happened without booking that first call with you. For anyone on the fence on investing in Marek Health - just do it. There is a whole new YOU just waiting to live and Mike will kickstart this for you!
