5 months ago I reached out Marek Health in a last ditch attempt to find a solution to my many health issues, and as of today, I can say this was the best decision I ever made. I had serious, chronic bloating, fatigue, depressive symptoms, and rampant inflammation. Then I did a blood test that revealed my testosterone was at a staggeringly low 428ng/dL. I hated it. Doctors told me not to worry. GI docs said it was just IBS and to try not eating dairy. No one really listened. But I knew deep down there was something more. I needed to be heard. I needed real help. Then, I finally made an appointment with Marek Health and met my health coach, Matt. Upon our first meeting I realized that this was different. He knew what he was talking about. Not only that, but he was listening to what my experiences and issues were. Noting them, and offering sound and detailed and logical advice. These past few months have been the most helpful health advice and guidance I have ever gotten. My testosterone has been built back up to a strong 1000+ng/dL, which has incredibly improved my mood and physical wellbeing and my bloating and inflammation are strongly under control. But one of the most valuable elements of how Mark Health operates is their deep knowledge of health topics and how Matt (my coach) is able to listen to me and relay that information to provide me with a clear and guided path forward, of which has helped me tremendously.
