Finding Marek has changed the trajectory of my life. After trying to get help from traditional doctors—who minimized or dismissed my concerns—I was made to feel like getting older automatically meant pain, weakness, and weight gain. Months of research led me to Marek. One of the first questions they asked was whether I preferred a male, female, or had no preference for a provider. I selected "no preference," and Sawyer was assigned to me. He has been professional, knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, and flexible in working with what’s truly in my best interest. He’s compassionate and approaches my goals from multiple angles to help me get where I want to be. I sing his praises to anyone who wants to know—and even to those who never asked. I fully trust Sawyer and his expertise in this niche. This is not cheap, so I save my pennies, but its an option to qualified professionals, when others closed doors and bro science was not going to cut it.

I’ve been working with Sawyer for the past four months and have had a great experience with him! His expertise as a health coach and healthcare provider is informed by empirical data, not just opinion, and he really listens to my specific concerns while catering treatment to my needs as a 53 y/o. He’s helped with labwork and overall vitality, and I feel stronger than ever. Plus he’s just a nice guy who genuinely seems to care. Highly recommend him!!

The main aspect of Marek for me is the coach. Marek’s process is good, the customer support is good, and of course the products are good. None of that matters for me without the confidence of knowing my program is good and for me that comes from the coach. My coach is Sawyer. Very responsive (email responses w/in 24 hours), knowledgeable, knows when to push and sometimes pull me forward. I’m an Army Vet, Ironman, and Dad - the last 24 months with Marek/Sawyer have been a great experience. I’m healthy and strong as ever.

After years of DIY, I needed to go with some experts and make a real plan for my long-term health. I did not want just some TRT clinic. I wanted a balanced view of health.My experience at Marek has been excellent. I have a good plan now to address blood, lipid markers, hormone levels in all aspects of health longevity. My first blood test since implementing their plan showed a meaningful drop and dangerous blood, lipid markers and an improvement in all my hormone levels. I’m recovering faster and making progress at the gym like I did 10 years ago. It literally feels like time was reversed. I’m 50 now and it feels like my training when I was 35 to 40 or so. My health coach Sawyer is always available and great at explaining the details to me. He was able to set my expectations at the start and has followed through on helping me implement all the steps that Marek has recommended. We talk regularly and it’s great to have some accountability and expertise consistently. I did not count on that aspect of working with Marek, but having an health coach has actually been one of the best aspects. The only negative I can think of is now I need to buy new dress shirts for work! All my shirts are tight across my shoulders and chest. I have been lifting from age 25 to 50 and muscle growth had plateaued in my 40’s but gains have pickup again.
