Since working with Sawyer Newman as my health coach, my confidence in my protocols has skyrocketed. He is super responsive to my questions, attentive to the details of my treatment plan, and willing to take the time to explain things thoroughly. Sawyer's subject matter knowledge is truly impressive, as is the energy he brings to helping his clients.

Working with Marek, and by extension Sawyer, has really been a great experience thus far. As many people who search out and find Marek, I was putting in a lot of hard work at the gym and with diet and exercise in general, but was not seeing the results I was looking for. I was consistently tired and not gaining traction when I knew I was doing the best I could. When I finally found Marek, it's like the lightbulb finally went off and everything fell into place. I really appreciate Sawyer's approach in making sure that we are putting my best interests first and I am getting the most personalized information, care, and direction that I can possibly receive. I appreciate that I can run ideas by Sawyer and he listens to what I have to say and we work together to come up with our next steps. I also appreciate him continually educating me as well when I have questions and as I continue to learn. I really couldn't recommend Sawyer and Marek enough!

Sawyer is my health coach and he is by far the best coach I’ve worked with! From our first text, he just understood me and my goals. I have a tendency to want everything all at once and I loved that he steered me away from a lot of what I was asking for & put me on an amazing protocol.
