I haven't even started a program yet, but the 1st call with Bryan has already blown all my expectations out of the water. He patiently spent an hour getting to know my health history, my goals and then going through each step thoroughly to make sure I understood the process as well as answering all my questions prior to even signing up. There was no sales pitch and zero pressure...just a wonderful converstaion with someone who really cares to help in any way with your journey to better health. I can't say enough how much I appreciated this onboarding experience. I'm so looking forward to working with my Coach and getting on track to a long and healthy life. Thank you Bryan!

Throughout the years, it is become incredibly difficult to trust our healthcare system, you go to a doctor you tell them what’s going on they ship you off with some pharmaceuticals. Luckily, growing up I had a great doctor that looked at things holistically in terms of supplementation, vitamin deficiencies, etc. But I needed more, I wanted more, I wanted optimization of my health, optimization of energy, bio-hacking, etc. When I came to Merek Health I was already on some good supplementation and felt that my health was most likely far beyond the typical person, I was experiencing quite a bit of depression, extremely low energy, inability to gain muscle going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. then I was introduced to Rebecca Braden my health coach. Rebecca, has more knowledge then I ever knew could be logical. Not joking. Before Marek I was really struggling, I didn’t have energy to leave my house, I hardly had energy to go to work, I had difficulty focusing at work, my mood was horrible, I felt like I was falling apart as a 33 year old male, depressed, and dying (or so I felt) I am nine months in to Marek, I have my energy back that of which I had when I was in high school school, my depression is easily maintained in check, I’m losing fat, I’m gaining muscle, I can even think clearly. I wish I had done this sooner. I have told many people, friends and family about Marek, I have been signed up both my parents. I wish all healthcare ran the way that Marek does, my experience with Marek and Rebecca are beyond what I expected. It’s safe to say I’m a lifer.

I worked with Marek Health and had a good experience. The staff were friendly and really took the time to explain everything. Appointments ran on schedule, and I felt like my concerns were genuinely heard. Overall, professional and caring service.

I've been working with my Health Coach Alex Jacoby at Marek Health for about 11 months now. As an MD myself, I was frustrated with the lack of options for optimization and wellness in traditional medicine. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Alex and Marek Health. Alex is knowledgeable, passionate about health and wellness and very thorough as well as just being a genuinely great guy who really wants me to achieve my goals. I've never felt like there was any other goal other than helping me reach my goals. My provider Maria Beach is extremely thorough and fully evaluated my health risks for my age better than most family physicians could do. I truly could not ask for a better healthcare experience. I've already recommended several friends to work with Alex and Marek Health and they've all been just as pleased.

I have been feeling unwell for a long time.. after careful consideration and consultations with doctor after doctor I feel like this might be the difference for me. I have learned things about my health that no one else has shed any light on. Peter is attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I trust wholeheartedly that he truly wants me to feel better and won’t stop coaching me until I get there! Jennifer Carlson listened to what mattered to me. She zeroed in on what needed to be addressed 1st with plans for the future.

I have been working with Michael Warner for a couple years now and he is by far the best out there. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients progress. I have recommended him to multiple people and will continue to.

As someone familiar with optimized health provider options but with particular requirements, I found Marek to be absolutely Top Tier when it comes to service quality, expert and in-depth advise/protocols and crucially getting the results. Eric Breker was highly recommended to me as my Health Coach, and I have already highly recommended him to a number of friends. His thoughtfulness to my needs and excellent response rate and quality surpassed what I even expected for a health coach. Can't recommend more highly!
