Marek HealthReviews of marekhealth.com

Working with Marek Health has been a complete game changer for my health and life. I can’t recommend them enough. From the start, the level of professionalism and data driven insight was immensely impressive, but what truly sets the experience apart is the guidance of my health coach, Joshua Hidock. He doesn’t just look at your lab results, he takes time to explain the why behind every recommendation, ensuring I was informed throughout the process. His experience and genuine care for my well-being is evident in every interaction. He has been incredibly responsive, supportive and has a unique ability to tailor protocols that actually fit a busy lifestyle. If you’re looking for a life changing and one of a kind health experience that delivers real results book with Marek. If you’re lucky enough to work with Josh, know you’re in the best hands this amazing company has to offer.

I have been with Marek since 2011. Michaelene has been my health coach and the person I have been able to turn to with any questions or issues (even if it's just directing me to Jamie, the awesome doctor I have seen for the past few years). I can't recommend Marek Health enough and I have recommended them to family and friends over the years. I will continue to trust them and recommend them to anyone who wants a great health experience (it's nice to have people and physicians who will actually ask questions, listen to your answers and invite you to ask questions).

Scott Constantino has been the reason why I chose to move forward with Marek Health. He went into detail and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He even made sure that my spouse was comfortable with the plan we had discussed moving forward. I simply don’t have the exact words to explain how grateful I am for him, but I know that I made the right decision going with Marek because of Mr. Constantino. He is truly one of a kind. I’m so happy Marek has such great consultants. That’s how it should be. Thank you! -Erica Noggle

I’ve been with Marek and working exclusively with Alex for about 2 years now. He goes above and beyond to make sure all of my goals are achieved, all my questions are answered and my lab results get thoroughly explained. I can’t recommend Marek, and more specifically Alex enough!

Working with Peter at Marek Health has been a wonderful experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in his recommendations and advice. I encourage anyone looking to improve health, optimize health or just overall feel better, working with him.

I’ve been working with Ali Al-Asadi from Marek Health, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ali is an incredible health coach, he’s knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me improve. One of the things I appreciate most is how transparent we are with each other. Ali creates a space where I feel comfortable being completely honest about how I’m feeling, what’s working, and what isn’t. Since working with him, I’ve been feeling healthier, more energetic, and I’m seeing real gains in the gym. My performance, recovery, and overall well being have all improved noticeably. Ali’s guidance, support, and clear communication make the entire process smooth and motivating. He’s always looking out for more efficient approaches, cost-effective options, and ways to streamline everything so I can stay consistent. If you’re looking for a coach who truly listens, adapts, and brings out the best in you, I highly recommend Ali. He’s been a game changer for me.

Marek Health has completely changed my approach to wellness. Their data driven approach is far superior to traditional healthcare

Working with Marek Health over this past year is one of the best investments I've made in myself! My coach, Joshua Smith, takes time to really explain what I need to do, customized my treatment to my body, goals and test results. This company has customer service down to an art. Love, love, love Marek Health!
