I have been following Marek for a while now and until recently, I received my hormone optimization from two previous telehealth providers and most recently my own insurance covered Endocrinologist. I Although being covered by insurance is great financially, it comes with many limitations. I decided to switch to Marek Health and so far, I had the initial EXTENSIVE lab work, the consultation going over the results (they sent a 26 page full report that detailed each lab marker result and recommended intervention if needed ahead of time) with my appointed Health Coach Andrew Holtztrager (great easy going dude) and also had my medical consult with Dr. Jenelle Corkhill (also great). I am very happy at the level of care I have received so far. I received the medication ordered in a timely manner after the last consultation 6 days later. Looking forward to what the future holds working with Andrew and Marek Health.

Bryan, my health coach, was friendly, welcoming and extremely thorough. The types of questions he asked and the feedback he gave can only come from someone who genuinely cares about helping you and making your life better. He did a fantastic job of explaining my blood panel and my option in concise and easy to understand language. Can't say enough good things about this experience!

Sawyer Newman has guided me on my journey to optimal health with an abundance of care and knowledge. My experience with Marek Health has been wonderful from start to finish. From my initial interactions with the team through testing, my physician consultation, and now ongoing coaching, I’ve consistently felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. A huge part of my experience has been working with my health coach, Benjamin Magaziner. From the beginning, Benjamin has been knowledgeable, attentive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my progress. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just tell me *what* to do—he takes the time to explain *why* each recommendation matters and how it connects to my labs, lifestyle, and long-term goals. He also helped take what could have felt like an overwhelming amount of information and turn it into clear, manageable steps. What has really stood out to me is the continued support. Benjamin makes himself available for questions along the way and pays attention to how I’m actually responding rather than making the process feel one-size-fits-all. When I’ve shared updates about how I’m feeling, lifestyle changes, and changes in my body composition, he has taken the time to thoughtfully review everything, explain what he’s seeing, and use that information to help guide our next steps. I also want to recognize Rio Vertoli, who has been another wonderful part of my experience with Marek. Every interaction I’ve had with Rio has been positive. He is responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and has consistently made sure I had what I needed and that things were moving smoothly. Between Rio, Benjamin, and the other members of the Marek team I’ve interacted with, there seems to be a genuine emphasis on both the quality of the experience and the people receiving the care. I work in the health and wellness industry myself, so I especially appreciate people who can communicate the science while still making the experience personal and approachable. I never feel like I’m simply being handed information or a protocol—I feel like there are people on the other side who are actually listening and invested in helping me reach my goals. I’m still early in my journey, but I’m already seeing encouraging changes and am excited to continue. Overall, I’ve been extremely impressed with Marek Health. Benjamin and Rio have both been exceptional, and my experience with the entire team has given me a tremendous amount of confidence in Marek and the care they provide. I would absolutely recommend Marek Health to anyone looking for a comprehensive and personalized approach to better understanding and improving their health.
