I had a consultation on the morning of Feb 22. Marek stated he would send a follow-up e-mail addressing a number of items we discussed and he would follow-up with me for another consultation given we ran out of time. Since the consultation, I have not heard from Marek via e-mail or telephone. I have e-mailed him twice (he indicated I could e-mail or call with any questions) with NO RESPONSE. This initial interaction has dissuaded me from moving forward with Marek Health. My time is as valuable as theirs, and it would be professional courtesy to follow-up whether Marek planned to take me on as a client or not. Interestingly, I am still getting e-mails asking for me to sign up for a free consultation. It seems what used to be (from the reviews I read, and research I performed) a good clinic is slipping. I noticed on Google Reviews many of their recent reviews are below average. Profits over people...seems to be a common trend when clinics pick up a lot of momentum. UPDATE: I got a boiler plate response to my after it posted. I feel better already. ;) UPDATE 2: I had my review on Trust Pilot flagged I used the name of the consultant at Marek. This company will try any means to get a negative review taken down. UPDATE 3: Trust Pilot took down the review and sent an email stating Marek flagged the review. I had no chance to edit it. See below. Although it is against Trust Pilot policy to state a name, Marek flagged it...not Trust Pilot. As for contacting me to make this right, it took me going to Google Reviews and Trust Pilot to get Marek's attention. Now you are the "good guys" for reaching out AFTER I tried getting a hold of you several times and provided an HONEST and ACCURATE review? Spend more time with clients vs defending your poor business practices and you won't have to backpedal.

I tried to sign up, did the questionnaire, only to find broken links in the "fine print." I contacted the company and they said they were having "technical problems," which lasted for an extensive time —into two weeks so far. Not sure about the health of the company; they may have been good at one time, but they are having problems now. Don't trust your personal data with them; their IT is in crisis.

In my experience: They promoted a great service, but only to be let down by poor execution. A lot more expensive then they lead you to believe in the initial consultation. When I expressed my frustration, I was told that I was wrong and I should have read the "small print" in his email signature line. They did say they were going to refund my purchase, but more poor execution as that hasn't happened yet. On the positive side, the blood work analyst was pretty informative.

Nobody gets back to you. Results are rushed and half explained and the entire process is uncomfortable. Feels like a money grab from the start. Worst communication from a buisness I ever had and every scheduled apt was late and rushed.
