Andrew listened to everything I said and took action based on my needs and symptoms. He was not judgmental at all about my history and even recommended a book he likes a lot that I ended up reading and loving. My goals were natural hormone optimization, no TRT, or peptides unless medically necessary, or until my age dictates the need. They fixed my thyroid, and I feel like I can run through brick walls now. I have more energy now than I have in the past ten years. I needed notes for my Dr., and when I reviewed them, I saw just how much he was listening to EVERYTHING I said and all of my concerns. Marek absolutely crushed it. I would 13/10 recommend. Andrew and the providers at Marek are exceptional. If you care enough to get lab work done and follow a plan- you might as well do it with a company that knows what they’re doing and has a higher standard in every way.

All my interactions with my coach and other staff have been overwhelmingly positive. They take holistic view of your bloodwork and make suggestions based on the results without being pushy on which ones you should take; they simply highlight which ones would definitely move the needle and let you decide what is comfortable for you. I started a non-hormone supplement protocol to address some issues with my bloods and I have seen a marked difference in my sleep quality, ability to recover, and general energy levels. It’s not just feeling either, I track everything daily using sleep trackers and Eight Sleep, and I’ve been able to lift 4 times per week instead of 3 since I’m recovering faster. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it. Even if you do half of the things they suggest, you’ll be in a better spot than you are today.
