Over the recent years, I have lost the confidence I had in my primary care physician. So I took the advice I have heard all my life, "get a second opinion." I am super glad I did and glad I found Marek and Michael Rogerson. Simply put I feel outstanding! I used to fall asleep at my desk in the afternoons. Never felt like training anymore. In the old days, when I didn’t feel like working out, I could force myself to get started, and that would turn me around. I could turn a lazy day into a great workout. But that was the old days. Before Marek, I had reached to point where I couldn't even force a bad workout. These days I can't wait to get to my workouts. I have stronger and more productive sessions. I have the energy to spare. My sleep quality has improved immensely. I am sleeping longer and better which only helps me focus not only on my training but also on my day job as well. Marek has restored my faith in the medical community as well. I have learned a ton about the aging process and what is happening to me. Learned that it is normal. And learned that there is a method to address the aging process. Not only can I now read and understand my bloodwork but I now know I am getting the correct blood work done. In three months, Michael Rogerson got all of my markers back to their normal ranges, and like I said I feel outstanding. Michael promptly answers all of my questions with just the right amount of information and clarity allowing me to feel like I am making the right decision and that I am a part of my own health care. With Marek and Michael's guidance, I never feel like a number. I never feel like I am on my own. I never feel like the next vehicle brought in for an oil change. Michael is sympathetic and dedicated to the cause, my cause, my health. You can tell that Michael cares. Oh, and Thanks to Marek as well. Keep up the great work. We couldn't do IT without you.

Every provider at Marek Health has always been friendly, attentive, and helpful when reviewing my labs and answering any questions. My PCC Michael Rogerson is always extremely responsive whenever I have questions outside of visits with the provider. Both Michael and the providers actually care about what they do, and it is plainly visible in all interactions. I originally looked to Marek Health to help me optimize insulin resistance, and they have far exceeded my expectations. If health optimization is your goal, I cannot provider a higher recommendation.

I don't know if there are words to explain how valuable a resource Marek Health has proven to be for me since I met with my PCC on 05/15/2022. I feel like it's given me my quality of life back. I'm healthier, fitter and far more confident both physically and mentally since starting with them. My Patient Care Coordinator is Michael Rogerson and he couldn't be a nicer guy, I can tell he cares about my success on this journey and overall well-being. He enthusiastically responds to any and all inqueries I have within 24 hours (including late at night and on weekends!) and his knowledge of the endocrine system and health in general is impressive. Not only are the PCC's over at Marek very responsive and caring, but they respond with great detail and with clarity that a layman won't have an issue following. I cannot stress how important this is. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention how Michael and the other PCC's review and break down your lab results once they review them before you meet with the doctor or NP. I found this resource to be incredibly enlightening and educational. They structure the breakdown of your labs in such a way that even as a layman you won't have too difficult of a time understanding exactly what you are reading and how it plays into what symptoms you might be experiencing and your overall health. The nurse practicioner I met with who ultimately prescribed me my first round of medication/supplementation is named James O'Hara. He was also very kind and extremely knowledgeable. The meeting over zoom was quick, no nonsense and like Michael he seemed eager to help me reach my health and fitness goals. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Marek. In my opinion it's one of the best investments you can make in yourself.

Super simple, straightforward process. Great experience, where you really feel like your provider and your patient care coordinator are interested and care about your situation. As someone who has had rough and frustrating experiences with traditional medical care, this was such a positive experience. My PCC Michael has been great in explaining things to me and setting expectations, once again, making this a home run. Recommending to all family and friends. Don’t see a reason to do bloodwork and get yourself checked out any other way. They truly aren’t trying to sell you anything, they just have your best interest in mind!

I have had nothing but positive and professional interactions with the team. I recently quit drinking and smoking, and getting my blood work completed has been illuminating. Really cool recommendations to correct some things from the team. I would recommend!

I've had a fantastic experience thus far with Marek Health. After going through the process myself a few months ago, I've now referred my girlfriend and we are excited to be getting fully "dialed in" together. Unlike traditional clinics that are largely focused on just supporting basic daily living or pushing the same cookie-cutter solutions, Marek is highly personalized and focused on optimizing you to perform your best. Their lab work and treatment plans are tailored to your own unique health situation and goals. Our patient care coordinator, Michael Rogerson, is absolutely fantastic. He's been shockingly responsive (even on nights/weekends, which is totally unexpected), is very generous with his time, and is more knowledgeable than most physicians when it comes to complex topics like hormone optimization, nootropics, thyroid imbalances, etc. Having spent some time evaluating various digital clinics, I can say without hesitation that Marek is the most compelling. Their team, business model, and breadth of availalable therapies are unrivaled and I'm pleased with the personal results I am seeing this far.

I decided to go with mark health since I watch a lot of more plates and more dates videos, and he is very knowledgeable. I told myself it was time to jump on trt after years of wanting to since I always felt tired and had no motivation. Little did I know that this wasn't just a trt company, and after getting on a zoom call with my patient care coordinator Caleb he went into detail on all the different types. Of tests they offer and what all of it could mean. Once I did my blood and urine test, Caleb got back to me immediately to book another zoom call with him and Dr.Hotchkiss. They explained everything in-depth and let me know that, as of right now, trt wouldn't be the best solution for me. They told me what I do need to take to get all my levels to a point where trt would make sense, and once I do my second round of blood work, well, see if it's time for trt, so they don't just give you what you want or think you need and them their back they care about doing what's suitable for their patient also once they finished going over everything with me we started on the call for a good 20 minutes just talking Business fantasy football and life in general great experience with this company I would recommend them 100 percent
