Marek Health is the best online clinic out there period! Especially in the world of HRT. They were the only medical providers to take me seriously on my symptoms & blood work after going to several doctors who all brushed off my issues and offered medications that only made my issues worse. The system is set up extremely well where you have a doctor who you discuss symptoms, tests, and prescriptions with, and then you have a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) who essentially addresses all logistical issues, and can help you with any questions you have. I have personally had the pleasure of working with Michael Rogerson as my PCC. He has been exceptional: always responds cordially & quickly to any questions I have, and addresses any logistical issues with professionalism! Dr. Hotchkiss has also been a pleasure to work with! I find he is to the point and professional while remaining kind and understanding. His protocol for me has been extremely successful with minimal changes! Overall, my experience with marek has been nothing short of life changing. I have become an entirely new person because I finally have access to the treatment I needed but couldn’t get anywhere else. I spoke with Caleb as my PCC. He is a really great and knowledgeable dude. He LISTENED to what I had to say and answered thoughtfully and carefully throughout the entire process. My doctor gave great recommendations and gave me the choice of what I wanted to do with Marek. It was a very liberating experience. I never once felt that I had to do any one thing. They explained the reason for recommendations, the potential side effects, and reassured me throughout my experience that they would be available anytime for any questions I have.

Eric Breker is my patient care coordinator, and has been a great conduit between myself as a patient and the rest of the care team. They take a holistic and long term over the horizon approach towards health, and incorporate lab work into their approach better than any other provider I have worked with before.

These guys and girls are the best. I started with a different company who wound up putting me on a cookie cutter program that I felt terrible. Marek has got me on track. My wife as well. And even had my nephew run labs in his 20s for natural optimization. They are thorough affordable and always there for you. My PCC is James P. He’s incredible and I’ve have extensive discussion with him via phone zoom or email. Very responsive. Very detail oriented. High recommend.

I've been going through Marek Health for about 10 months now. They've been prompt in responses, very professional, and attentive. Caleb, who is my point of contact, has answered frequently and in detail when I've had questions. The rare times when an issue would arise (such as concerns about possible side effects I might have, or a pharmacy accidentally sending the wrong dosage) he would work hard and quickly to resolve my concerns. It's been a very good experience working with him and Marek, and I plan to continue with their services.
