I ordered a men's tee shirt that was supposed to be x-large, when in fact it was a medium. I must have left a dozen phone calls before I finally connected with someone that gave me a site to arrange for a return. The site would not take my email or the order number. You also have to pay for the return postage and handling, not Marcus. After a dozen more phone calls, including messages about the site not working, and a couple of unanswered emails, I give up. The WORST customer service and products (wrong size, very cheaply made in China crap). Avoid buying from Marcus , horrible company, products are made in China and poorly made and sized, and they don't give a damn about their customers and avoid dealing with returns. If I could give a negative five star review, I would.

I ordered a jacket which was received within 7 days of ordering. Unfortunately when the jacket was received, it was too small, even after following the sizing guidelines they provide on their website. It’s a shame, really, because it was a nice jacket! They have a very short return window so I emailed for their return instructions on the day the jacket was received and followed those instructions in detail. I returned it on the same day it was received and It cost ME $84 to return this item TO ITALY, even though it came from a location in the United States! I even had to send them a picture of the jacket and proof from the Post Office showing this item was being returned along with a tracking number! They do not provide a shipping label. That was 33 days ago! I have sent NUMEROUS emails requesting the status of my refund and the same guy responds with excuses and BS! This company could be giving stuff away free and I wouldn’t trust them! Steer clear! BUYER BEWARE!

The Marcus Store hires second-rate couriers to deliver their merchandise. When mistakes are made by these couriers, they take no responsibility, and tell their customers they must resolve the issue themselves, even when their is clear evidence to the contrary.

Worst possible experience I have ever had with a retailer. Nothing absolutely nothing good to say.

Bought another coat like one I'd previously purchased cuz I liked it so much, but second, lighter coat I added was ridiculously too small. Said XL on the tag, but I could barely get it on. To zip it up would've required ripping out the back. I gave it to my daughter.

BEWARE...I ordered a jacket on-line from Marcus...the price seemed to good to be true...it was! It was of inferior quality...a cheap zipper, flimsy fabric. I went on-line to return it...first I had to fill-out a return form and upload a picture of the item being retuned. Then I received a return authorization that gave me instructions for the return...to ITALY! The instructions stated that I needed to send the item by a method that included a tracking number. I went to the USPS to ship it back and the cost of a tracked package to Italy was $68...the item only cost $74!!! This company is a scam...they sell garbage merchandise and then make you jump through hoops to return it to a foreign country (the return address on the package that it arrived in is in the USA). Stay away!

NEVER AGAIN The single most atrocius company I have ever dealt with. Returns policy went unanswered and had to constantly, and cost me £15 for the return . Never ever use this company

This has been the absolute worst online purchase I have ever experienced. My order number WAM-51069 in an XL was too big. Repeated attempts to exchange for a Large size in the same (beige) color have not been answered. Replies to my emails have been like responses from a robot/computer that do not relate to my need. I will never do business with Marcus again. And I will encourage others not to as well. Sincerely, A One and Done Customer Dunwoody, GA 30338
