While my first purchase may have started off with a problem, received wrong size jacket. I was able to work this out with customer services rep to correct the problem. I appreciate the fact that the problem was resolved and corrected to my satisfaction.

I purchased a jacket which ended up being lost in transit. Fortunately David N., on behalf of the Marcus Store was able to track it down and it was eventually delivered. This was somewhat frustrating but worked out in the long run. The garment is comfortable, fits well, and will be a valuable addition to my wardrobe.

Marcus' web site is intuitive and responsive, but lots of companies have good web sites. For me, great service begins when the customer has a problem that needs to be resolved, and I had two: first, I realized after I placed an order that I had ordered one item in the wrong size. I contacted Marcus' customer service, and they got back to me right away with a resolution. Then, I didn't like the color of one of the items I ordered; again, customer service got back to me right away to take care of the return.

I had to work through a return issue, not of Marcus’s fault, and they were super cordial and helpful. That’s big in today’s world.

At 1st worried "is this going to arrive?" Emailed company which quickly sent tracking info and boom! My gorgeous perfect fitting jacket arrived intact. Fabulous!

The jacket is great and the interactions also. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to receive the product. My first order took so long I was on the point of cancelling when it showed up.

I really love your clothes. They would get 5 stars! You are completely left in the dark as far as when you are going to get your order. The last time I ordered from your company it took almost a month to get to me. You should charge for shipping and use a reliable shipper like DHL.

Got the product, however, the mailing company tracking system was concerning. But I got it is all I can say.
