Excellent customer service. The jacket was exactly as advertised. Great quality & fit. Price made it a have-to purchase. Recommend. Plan to purchase another color.

I ordered two Harry Stone jackets in size “Large” on 29 Mar 25. The jackets were delivered to my doorstep on 8 April 25 in the expected time. One of the jackets was marked “XL” and not a good fit so I contacted Marcus Customer Service by email and was asked to provide photos of the jacket. Within two weeks, I received a replacement jacket - a quality jacket that fits great and looks great. Customer Service was prompt, courteous and professional at all times and deserve the five star rating. I intend be a repeat customer and would recommend Marcus to others. I have never ordered from Marcus before and won't hesitate to do so again. The quality and price is terrific but what really puts them over the top is the customer service. I've never seen better! Courteous, prompt and helpful- what more could one hope for!

I just would like to say the customer response was fast and extremely helpful when ever I had questions. I purchased the Harrington for $74.00, and let me say the quality was great, the stitching was tight, no loose threads or gaps. I am very particular with the clothing I buy, and I will not hesitate to buy from the Marcus Store in the future. Thanks.....Paul

The items I ordered were good bargains (jackets). They were well-packed and arrived within a reasonable time. The socks were a nice bonus.

These guys were great to deal with. Highly communicative and always helpful. Love my jacket too, of course, but the customer service sets them apart.
