I ordered the extra warm hooded fur coat in ORANGE. The coat is very nice and seems to be "extra warm" as advertised however I have some issues with the advertising. The coat isn't orange, it's bright red, and in the image shown on the website the coat appears to be nearly knee length. In actuality, it comes down to the waist. I don't feel like I received what I ordered, but the coat is nice and warm and it's reached freezing temperatures where I live so I don't feel like returning for a refund or exchange would be worth the money or the hassle on my part. Shipping speed was reasonable for overseas. I probably will not order from here again or recommend to friends because I don't feel like I trust the advertising department to take photographs or list something as simple as colors correctly. Edited after merchant reply: Order was not under my name it was purchased as a gift from a friend. The Item was listed as "extra warm hooded fur coat"

Jacket Purchase When I ordered the jacket on October 21,I thought I read I would receive the product in 2-6 business days. Instead it took 18 days to receive it. The person I emailed was responsive and checked in on the status. I did not realize it is shipped from China. I have not worn it as yet, but the quality looks good.

The second jacket I ordered was a medium but was much to small. Returning the jacket was a terrible experience. I am used to sellers that try to help when an item has an issue. A very disappointing experience

Misleading advertisements, should have been made clear this comes from Europe,not US. And plan accordingly.

Item has not arrived yet. Past experience has been positive but I cannot comment on this item until it arrives.
