Ordered jacket April 6th it is now June 9th no jacket.Contacted store got the run around they are blaming there delivery service.I gave them until June 12th.If I haven't received jacket by then.Will contact MC and ask for a charge back to get my money back.And why are they still selling when they cannot deliver goods.

Ordered a Jacket online a 7 weeks ago. At ordering the site said 10 to 14 business days for delivery. I am still waiting and the tracking numbers given show nothing and all responses from company get a form letter about how great the jackets are but nothing else.

Ordered in mid April and jacket has still not arrived. Having read the reviews on here iam now convinced this is a scam. Had Email correspondence with someone called David who keeps assuring me the jacket is coming. I will be reporting this soon if nothing arrives. Lesson learned never to use stores on Facebook. Slap on my own wrist.

Ordered a jacket in April. It’s clear that it’s not going to arrive. Three emails with the store and no real response. Don’t get scammed, steer clear.

After weeks of waiting (and numerous customer service email responses) I was amazed when something actually arrived. It was a really nasty polyester imitation made in China and labelled with the brand name NORD. This is a scam outfit. Lesson learned - only buy from the manufacturer store online and not a third party. There are heaps of scams occurring on the internet now - and they have your personal and credit card details....

as per others in recent weeks - seems to be a scam. quite elaborate but a scam none-the-less. there is a markus clothing company but it is not this one. also the 'falconexpress' they send you to is not falcon express in the uk.

Never order from this company. They take tourney immediately and never deliver. I am reporting them for fraud

I am beginning to think this is a scam company, no sign of order I placed weeks ago.It was not clear when I ordered that goods were dispatched from US to Europe and I will be giving them a little more time in the current circumstances before I take further action. UPDATE: Finally the items arrived (July 28th). Not really worth waiting for. The items are very shoddy and poorly made. I intend to avoid and have made a resolution not to buy from any company advertising on Facebook. It only took 4 months to get them here and while I accept that the pandemic is probably to blame in part, what this company cannot escape responsibility for is their very bad customer relations. They do not reply to emails (except when you complain to PAYPAL and they get a copy of that email).
