If you have ordered anything from this site, just contact your bank or credit card company and get your money back. The entire process with Marcus is a SCAM. The products are the worst Chinese knock-offs you can imagine and most orders never arrive anyway. The fake Falcon Express tracking site is a ridiculous fraud, David is the only customer service agent that sometimes answers emails and you are guaranteed to get delay after delay with maybe a delivery of garbage and maybe not. Facebook is a co-conspirator for allowing Marcus to advertise on FB.

Save your time and money! I bought a hooded fleece jacket. It looked great on the website. I ordered it on Oct. 4, 2020 and paid $46.40. It arrived on Jan. 6, 2021. It is undoubtedly the biggest piece of garbage clothing that I have ever seen. The very cheapest Chinese crap, thin, low quality fleece and doesn't come close to fitting properly. Total garbage that could not have cost more than a dollar or two to make. It now serves as a small bed for my dogs.

Wish there was a zero rating. Please read this before ordering from this company, or should I say a scam of a company. They seem legit with responses but don't buy from them. They are overseas and their product is so very inferior to what you see on their website. And there are many previous reviews that tell you they give you a run around on returns, then the cost of returns are expensive. So very embarrassed giving the hooded sherpa sweater to my husband. The hood only covers half his head and to pull it up the back comes up his back. The material is super thin and cheap. I told them I will not play the return policy. So I will take it to a homeless shelter. I wish I would of read the reviews before ordering.

SCAM ALERT - DO NOT BUY FROM MARCUS-STORE I ordered a shirt, shipping took forever. Similar to the post below it took weeks for my item to arrive. When it did final arrive, it was clearly not as advertised. The "easy" return process touted on the Marcus website is anything but... notice how no return instructions actually exist anywhere on their website. Long story short, after drudging through an extremely time consuming process that involves several email exchanges and a very limited time window (or they won't return give return authorization), I am told if I want my refund I need to ship the items back at my expense. I have clear documentation (just like posts below) showing the items received are not the items advertised online. The company is not located in the USA - I was billed to Latin America and return shipping is to Spain - at any rate the return cost is expensive. Don't waste your time or money like the rest of us did - This is a bait and switch scam 100%, if you were a victim please report them to google and the pay portal used.

Let me preface this by saying I have screenshots and documentation for everything below. I ordered a Harrington jacket in March 2020. While I can understand COVID was perhaps to blame for the shipping delay, It does not excuse the poor tracking and the excuses from customer service who were unwilling to admit how little they knew about the delay. My emails to their courier "Falcon Express" were always returned undeliverable. My emails never, EVER got through. After weeks of trying to reach them, I did some research on the Marcus Store website again. The Harrington jacket I purchased, as well as other products on their site, had the exact same reviews that I has read many weeks prior, but with different dates. They periodically update the date of the review to make it seem like it was left several days ago.. Even NOW, when I check their website, the Harrington jacket has the SAME REVIEW it did back in March, except this time it is time-stamped with October 2020. Let's fast forward to when I actually received this jacket, June 4th, a little more than 2 months after the order was placed. In total, I paid $76.50 for this jacket, after discounts from a supposed $150 original price tag. What I received is the lowest quality "jacket" that I have ever seen. The stitching was already coming apart, I heard tears and pops as I was trying it on, and upon further inspection I found that the description of the fabric was incorrect on the website. I own casual long sleeve shirts with denser fabric. This was a joke. I immediately asked for a refund, and despite the incorrect description of fabric and my total dissatisfaction, I had to pay for the return shipping, about $24. Two MONTHS go by, far after I had already counted my losses, and I receive the package returned to me, "unclaimed," according to the sticker the Italian postal service sent it with. I again reach out to customer service (Hi David), who sent me this: "Thank you for contacting us! For us every customer counts, so thank you for choosing us. Unfortunately, european customs returned your item back due to local regulations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Let us know if we can be of assistance in any way." I respond saying I'd still like a refund, since the fabric was misrepresented on the website, because the reviews have fake timestamps, and because the product is horrible. I get in response: "I know it has been really frustrating for you. Unfortunately, we didn't receive your parcel. Let us know if we can be of assistance in any way." So now I have a Harrington jacket that I paid about $100 for, that I would never, ever wear. This site is misleading. Their products are cheap. Don't fall for it like I did.

I got duped by these scam artists based on their ads on my instagram. I ordered a shirt For $35 which didn’t arrive for 2 months ... at which point i tried contacting their customer care and there was no way to reach them! The phone number doesn’t work and there was no response to my emails either. I finally received the shirt which is such bad quality with poor quality stitching, threads coming out of everywhere and the cheapest materials i have ever seen. I wouldn’t even have paid a dollar for that shirt. Avoid them by all means

I have never seen such expensive cheap items. Not Cito at all. It is a beautiful store full of junk. There are several boutiques in Montecito, Ca 93108

If I could give ZERO stars for these scammers, I would. Bought a Harrington Jacket for my Husband on 26th April 2020. Paid in AUD $85 and transaction cane up in my credit card in US $134.11+ transaction costs. Despite given the runaround, no delivery and reported to Facebook! Do not waste your money and buy anything from this company 100% SCAM
