The quality of construction, the color and the fit of the Harrington jacket were exactly as depicted and then some! The price was reasonable and shipping reliable. I encourage anyone to find quality apparel at a better price.

The purpose of this missive is to express my total, complete, satisfaction for the attendance that was afforded me following my intended purchase of a jacket. I had been advised via communications that the product delivery was being studied following a determination that it had been taking an inordinate amount of time for delivery. I was responded to promptly and completely - with evident concern, that my order was indeed approved in process, etc.. Following another missive advisement by me, I was advised that the order we indeed "in process and would be delivered soon. Fact is, it was and, it has been delivered as initially intended. Perhaps not "On time" but, "In full".

I just received my new jacket in red! Love the colour! The jacket is beautifully lined and is oversized as stated which is great for wearing with heavy sweaters etc. under it. The shipping took longer than is stated on the web site but when I questioned it my concern was addressed immediately which I was very impressed with. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this site again. Great price for the quality I received.

I ordered a Harrington jacket. When it arrived it was the wrong size. I contacted Marcus Store and was given detailed instructions how to return it. I am delighted with the quality of the jacket and the care extended to me.
