Jacket is very good. Delivery and tracking very poor.For about 6 days my package was in transit .Overall a disappointing experience .

I did NOT like getting triple items charged [yes I got them] but when I ask to get one nulled before sending?? Yeah right: NO DICE. So what you're gonna do about my problem? Ball in your court! Hope this is on a public board!

The jacket was too small. I'll have to give it away. I'm a size M, but my long arms mean I often have to go up a size. I wear 39/90 shirts.

I ordered online and there was a very deceptive "Buy It Now" button that looked like a "Continue" button. When clicked, it went right to check out and pay for items in my cart, not "Review," and the button had added an additional QTY of my item but at a discounted price. Customer Service helped me remove it and get a refund and they were very nice and quick. BUT, when received my item I realized that this is a generic knock off item probably made in China. They claim to be "Harrington style" jacket and have a name that sounds British and sounds like Harrington. Their fake product designer name is "Harry Stone" There is no such brand or designer named Harry Stone Here is the description Marcus store uses "Meet our Harry Stone Jacket - blending modern elegance with timeless fashion and a touch of contemporary flair. Versatile for spring or winter, it boasts a red checkered lining, impeccable stitching, front and internal pockets, and comfy ribbed cuffs." and from Instagram they say "Discover the Iconic Harrington in masculine BLACK!🤠 Our Harry Stone Jacket: the sleek secret weapon of style. Understated yet striking, it’s the piece that’s graced both rock stages and silver screens." But the Harry Stone jacket has not graced silver screen and rock stages because it is NOT a Harrington and is a fake brand that was recently made up. The jacket does not have any labels inside telling what brand it is!?!? Maybe the company (Marcus) sells it under different names in different countries and doesn't want the label inside so they can keep it generic?

The only issue I have is that the notifications are scant at best,also no identification of what item has been chosen for delivery

Although communication was good, your store needs to make a change regarding shipping. From order to delivery took two weeks. Unheard of in today’s world of shipping norms. I would not order another item based on the shipping experience alone.

A decent jacket of a style I like, but durability is TBD. When I received the jacket in the mail, it had a lot of loose threads at the seams that had to be cut off--not a great omen. I also think it's strange that there is no Marcus label of any kind inside the jacket, nor a label with washing/drying instructions (the only label is the size, in the collar). My Marcus jacket is a "large", and the pockets are really too small for my hands

I ordered a Large jacket, thinking it would fit like my other outer ware. I called and left a message to find out how to return it. A gentleman called today and said i should take a picture of the jacket and send it to an email address. . But he refused to answer how I would get anXtra large jacket Marty Scott (908)334-6484
