It's almost a month since I put my order. What causes the delay?

The product was of poor quality and the wrong color. I've made numerous emails and phone call to customer service with no reply on how to return the item. There was no paper work with the product i.e. a bill of sale or instructions on how or where to return the product to.

Started with Harry Stone jacket large so I bought a med in bomber jacket to small, bought a large and still to small

I order on line the Harrington Jacket. Once I received it I was disappointed. It's thin and light I thought it would be heavier instead it's weights about the same as a flannelette shirt. It doesn't have the UK label on it. You can get one from the UK cheaper and with the linning in 100% cotton instead of polyester.. Also eBay has the same ones half the price.. It's just average not worth their price.. It comes from China not from from the US as pretended- most likely a space in the US .. Do your self a favour and check the internet not worth this front store's money.. If I saw it in a shop I would never had bought it. Also the measurements are not accurate..

Returns are an issue. I bought 2 products, both the same size. One fit, one was 4 sizes too small. I tried to return the too small one and, while the responses were pleasant and fast, the return policy seems to be changing all the time. I was unable to return the product. I'm out $30. Be carefule what you order!
