I ordered a fleece jacket for my husband in XLarge. Took a month to arrive , it fit like a womens Xlarge. To return I needed to take pictures of the item, wait for a response, then package it up and mail it back. The jacket cost $32 with free shipping , the cost to send it back will be $28 to a third world country. The address on the package was Chicago . This is a bad way to do business. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This has been a scam like experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! AWFUL product, did not fit/match description at all, and terrible return policy, couldn't even open and get a hold of someone quick enough. Wouldn't let me return.

Buyer Beware!! The exchange policy is ridiculous and the jackets are cheap and run small. $55 down the drain... Don't waste your time and money. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing this piece of trash.

The quality of the jacket is appallingly substandard. I expected finished seams and better material. The material certainly looked better in the photos. This is not the same jacket as pictured on the website. The return process is beyond frustrating. Why do I need to provide photos of the item I ordered? And then after a second email, I still don't have a return address. Enough with the obviously deliberate delays. Just send me the return address so I can ship it back within the ridiculously short time allotted. And speaking of time allotted, on their website two days ago the return policy was within 14 days of receipt. When I mentioned that in an email to them, suddenly the return time dropped to 7 days. This is a scam all the way around. When I finally got the return address, it's in Italy. The jacket was shipped to me from Chino, CA and I have to spend $40 to return it to Italy. What a freaking ripoff. I'm giving the jacket away and never shopping from this store again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've reported this to shopify (shopify dot com/legal/report-aup-violation) and am disputing the charge with my credit card.

This company shipped a shirt (not true to size) to me from within the U.S. (New Jersey) but their "return" address is international (Italy). They require the customers to pay INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for returns even though it was shipped from within the U.S. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere that doesn't make the burden of paying for return shipping even worse by making it international.

If I could give a zero I would because that is what they deserve. Horrible horrible customer service and their sizes are NOT true fit to size. Bought and XL shirt and as soon as I opened it I laughed. It will not go over my shoulders. Fits my 7 year old better than me. I asked for a refund and they keep asking for a picture of me in it so they can see what the problem is 😂😂😂

Along with all these other reviewers, I fell for this scam. I ordered a large shirt that came in 2 sizes too small. The tag says large, but it has the measurements of a petite. I suspect they've just intentionally attached the wrong tag. Their return window is incredibly small and I missed it. At only 10 days it's much less than the industry standard. However, I highly suspect I wouldn't have gotten my money back even if I had managed to send it back. When I emailed asking where I could leave a review on the site, I was told that only their Facebook page took reviews. When I asked for their Facebook page, they sent me a page that was intentionally listed as a personal blog instead of a business— I assume so that reviews couldn’t be made for them. When I brought this up the only reply I ever received was “well look into it”. Edit: Marcus store is now flagging these 3 year old reviews on trustpilot for more order information in an attempt to get them taken down. If users don’t respond to the request of additional order information within 3 days then Marcus can request trustpilot remove the review. Stay far far away from the scam that is marcus

I ordered a jacket from Marcus. It arrived after several weeks and was too small and the zipper was sewn on the wrong side. I contacted Marcus and received instructions for returning at my expense. I stupidly paid the 28.00 to have the item returned to Milan Italy. The USPS tracking says the item arrived in Milan on July 10, 2021. Today is July 23rd. Yesterday I texted Marcus to see what the status of my item was. Today they texted back to say “it has not been received at their return center”. So I guess I am out the 85.00 for the jacket and the 28.00 return shipping. I wish I would have checked reviews of Marcus for Men before I wasted my money. My only recourse now I think is to contact my CC company and see if they can help. Please do not do business with this company. I rarely order anything on line and have now learned my lesson. I will always check on line reviews prior to ordering. If I ever a resolution to this problem I will update this review.
