WARNING!! Do not buy from these people!!! Any good review is from them. Read all the negative reviews!! First, clothing is not as they say. Sizing is way off. Material is so cheap and thin. Returning is on YOU! Return is back to CHINA!!! You will be out of money and making them richer is horrible products. Read the reviews. You can tell they wrote the good reviews bc they are really over the top about a simple jacket or bag. You've been warned!

Absolutely horrible website says 2 to 8 days delivery it's been 14 days still in China all their communication is generic I paid paypal put in claim

I’ve gotten nothing as of today, it’s a month and zero, communication at it’s worse!! Arnold

Horrible experience!!!!! My experience would be negative except 1 is the lowest you can score them! Ordered a jacket 6 weeks ago and have never received it. The order information said it would ship in 2. They don’t answer the phone at all. Tried emailing and got a couple of lying responses and bogus shipping numbers. Last email said I would receive in 4 business days but it’s now been 6. Guess I’ve been scammed! Do NOT buy from these CROOKS!!!

I would not buy from them. The jacket was very poorly made and customer service was terrible. They made it impossible to return the item. I decided to just give the item to charity and never shop with them again.

Horrible merchant. Advertised shipping as 2-8 days. Took 26 days. I tried to refuse the item with a note on my door since it was so late, but the tracking number didn’t match what they sent in the order confirmation, and so the courier left it on my porch anyway. They used 3 different shipping partners— FalconExpress, Yunexpress, and USPS with 3 different tracking numbers. When I emailed them after 19 days requesting a refund, they ignored my request and directed me to a 4th website— parcelsapp.com, to track my shipment with yet a different tracking number. During this time, they ignored all of my requests for a refund. The item arrived as size Large when I ordered size Medium. I then decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They replied to my email about the item being the wrong size, but fully ignored my note about the size and instead decided to say “the item was delivered, please close your dispute.” Absolutely low quality company. By the way, all of them will email you as “David N”, but it seems to be entirely different people on the other end.

Absolutely horrible experience. Recently ordered the Harrington Jacket...it was not true to size. I reached out several times to see if we can return. No one got back to me for weeks. When they finally did, informed me that I would be responsible for return costs. Ridiculous!!

It took one month to finally get a reply to emails , chats, phone call. Had cancelled order right after I placed it. They sent it anyway. And then never went a return label. Item undersized and no label.
