Jacket is poor quality and one shoulder is longer than the other side making it sit weird on the body. Chose an xl from Size chart. Was willing to accept a cm or two difference but not 2 to 3 inches in places. Waist, shoulder to shoulder, underarm to underarm are huge and in different side categories such as waist measured for 4xl and underarm for 2xl I sent photos to Marcus store and all they say is.. I'm sorry you're not happy and for the confusion Hopefully next time you have a better experience with us They will not accept responsibility for the poorly made product and you have to pay for return postage $45 to Italy. Then they will refund you the original price only so you lose out on the $45 POSTAGE return for a faulty product. The jacket is poor quality and it comes in a clear plastic bag with Asian writing on it. They state it is made in UK Stay away from any business that expects you to pay for a return for a faulty product

I ordered a jacket size X large and what I got is barely a medium. It doesn't fit at all. It also takes longer to arrive than advertised. There's no way to know where the order is during shipping. I'll never buy anything from them again.

The return process is inefficient, long and ridiculous and does not respect the client whatsover. This company make it as complicated as as costly as possible to return anything and at the end of day its not worth the value of the merchandise to return anything... So baiscally you lose your time and money. Don't bother and don't buy anything from this company.

I bought a jacket that I found flimsy, cheap zipper, no product nor country of origin tags. Basically a rip off for $74.00. Also had a problem with their tracking system, it took several weeks to get my item. Stay Away!!!

Problem #1 I purchased a jacket which I felt was quite nice however the size was too small. I wanted to exchange the Large for an X-Large even though all of my other jackets are Large and fit quite well. Problem # 2 There easy return policy was going to cost me $62.00 to return the $74.00 jacket. I was told that sometime in the future customers would not have to ship jackets to Italy. Yes, the country of Italy.

On two occasions, I have purchased clothing from Marcus (marcus-store.com) that has been much smaller than what you would expect based on the advertised size. Since when does an XL pant have a 30" waist measurement? The return process is essentially non-existent. They will tell you to mail it to their returns center in Puglia, Italy. The return postage will nearly exceed the purchase price of many clothing items. Attempts to deliver the returned items to their location failed, and the items were returned back to me. Now I am out both the purchase price and the return postage with no refund provided from Marcus store. One incorrectly sized track suit I can never wear cost me over $120, all things considered.

This company has disingenuous business practices. Ordered the Harrington jacket at a cost of about $70 and received what I could only describe as a piece of cheap garbage from China that is already falling apart. Contacted them to start a return, and as others have stated, they instructed me I would have to ship the item back to Italy to get a refund which is cost prohibitive. Stay as far away from this website as you can, and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Lesson learned. I should have googled reviews before purchasing from them.

For anyone wondering what happens if you try to return an item to this seller: in my case, 4 attempts were made to deliver the return however it was "rejected by the recipient" each time, according to Poste Italien. When I informed the seller of this, no explanation was given, instead suggesting that I wait until the item was returned to me and they would process the refund. Given how suspicious this all seemed, I decided to ask for a refund from PayPal directly. A case was raised, and through PayPal, the seller stalled for another 10 days before again requesting that I send the item (which still hadn't returned to me) back to them at my expense, this time to a different address in Italy. I refused. It was a full month before I heard anything further, at which point PayPal decided in my favour and the refund was finally put through.
