The XL coat that I received did not fit to the extent that I could not even zip it up. A previously ordered XL jacket that i ordered fit properly. You require customers to return items at thrir own expense and do not provide an exchange option. It would cost me almost $30 to return the coat priority mail. I would like to exchange the XL coat for (I estimate) a 3 XL coat. Ordinarily, a 2XL size would suffice, but I have little cofidence in your sizing system. I am very disappointed in the results of this transaction and am not inclined to make future purchases from Marcus.

We ordered white, the jacket came in a tan color, the jacket is much too small for an XL and the shipping took too long, and it delivered after Christmas. Overall not happy with this purchase and will be returning.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. The jacket was complete trash. Total waste of money. Good luck getting your return it won’t happen. Actually it's not free to send back. I have to pay $$ to send it back. Moving along...

This company runs a scam, this jacket arrived too small, and when I requested a return, they told me to ship it to Italy which would cost me 100s of dollars. David offered to give me a store credit if I would write a positive review on Trustpilot, this is a fraud, and I cannot be a part of that. David, you can keep my money, but I will not give a review that isn’t true. Don’t trust this company!

I received the product that took 3 weeks arrive. It was not what I expected it to be. Material of the jacket was poor, fitting was too loose so I have tried to return it. I was informed I had to pay for the return and was provided an address in Italy where to product was to be shipped. UPS wanted to charge $200 to ship a $75 jacket. USPS could not find the address provided so another address in Italy has been provided. Unless Marcus provides a shipping label to me this product will go to Good Will and I will restrict American Express from processing that payment. And I will let all my friends on Facebook and X know to think twice about shopping Marcus on line.

I haven t had a word on when I m likely to get my jacket. I requested the last 2 days for when it s likely to have information, let allown hearing when. It s been a week. You don t send when the material is likely to arrive? How am i supposed to give email?
