Marco Voletti JewelryReviews of marcovoletti.com

The purchase experience was great. Notifications are sent with order, shipping and transit information via email. My two selections were the Titanfall and the Vanguard rings in size ten. The fit is perfect. The rings are stunning. The rings exhibit design features found in premium quality jewelry. I like both unique design features from Marco Voletti.

I placed an order for two rings. First was ordered as UK size R, this equates to a US size 8.8. The second ring was ordered as a UK size Q, this equates to a US size 8.3. Although orded as UK sizes, they were actually made to US sizes 8.5 and 8 respectively, obviously this means they were too small. I contacted the company and was advised as they were purchased in a sale that returns and refunds wernt available to me, they offered a 15% refund as a gesture of good will. Doesn't seem like much good will when I order UK sizes as per their website and receive rings smaller than ordered. I Sent several emails, they had no intention of rectifying the issue beyond the 15% originally offered. I have taken this as how can someone in the UK fight a company based and covered by US legislation. I purchased a ring resizer in an attempt to make the ring big enough to wear, however the ring just splintered into many peices, it appears to be made of a very little material with a resin coating to make it look shiny. So not just poor service but the manufacturing quality is very poor. I believe this could have shattered while wearing if there was any impact on it so totally unsuitable for anyone that is carrying out any manual physical work. My lesson learnt. Certainly wouldn't be buying such poor quality rings from a poorly rund Web based business.

Just beautiful, made so special. My partner loves both rings. Ordered more one for him and one for me. Would recommend to everyone to buy! Thank you.

I just purchased a couple of rings from Marco Voletti Jewelry, and I could not be happier. The craftsmanship and detail are outstanding, and they are extremely comfortable to wear. What I love most is how unique they look. They stand out without costing a fortune. Highly recommended if you want something stylish, detailed, and affordable.

This is the second time I have ordered from Marco Voletti. As always the quality and craftsmanship are excellent. This time I was buying matching rings for an anniversary. The rings were definitely exactly what I wanted and expected!

The rings that I purchased were exactly how they appeared in the ad. They were beautiful and they fit perfectly. My girlfriend loves the matching ring that I gave her !!
