Horrible experience! They jist want your money! Sent me a ring thebwrong size, said they will replace it with thebright size. Had me send receipt, photos and size. Afterbseveral emails they said they will send the proper size but I had to pay $39 shipping! Why would I pay more money for their mistake? A few weeks later I get an email from a different person with the company and do all the same things. They finally agree to send me a new ring and then say we need a photo of thebring with the size rag on it. It didn't come with a size tag on the ring! Well, then we can't replace it!

Rings are sized incorrectly and mass made. From China. Customer service refuses to exchange or refund saying they were clearance. Even though the rings were the wrong size. However there was absolutely no info on the site saying this and the entire site was marked buy one get one free. Steer clear of this company. You’ll just get the runaround. This company stole my money and did so by obvious deception on their site.
