Complete and total scam
Complete and total scam. I didnt like the ring I ordered and they are refusing to refund us our money. They are completely false advertising their return / refund policy and stealing my money. Don’t order from this company. THE SAME EXACT RING IS AVAILABLE ON AMAZON FOR $35 BECAUSE ITS FROM CHINA. DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU TOO.

Hi Tucker, We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your purchase. However, we would like to clarify that you have already received a full refund and were also able to keep the rings without returning them. We did our best to resolve your concerns and provide a satisfactory solution, even though the rings were not returned to us. We’re therefore disappointed to learn that you still feel your experience was entirely negative despite the resolution provided. We respect every customer’s right to share their feedback, but we also believe it is important for other customers to have the full picture of how this matter was resolved. Kind regards, Emily Marco Voletti Customer Support

This is actually 2nd review
This is actually 3rd review. The process was outstanding but I guess my finger got fat lol. I had to order a replacement which does fit much better. I cant do pictures yet because they are an anniversary gift in November. But I will certainly use this company again for any future purchases

Over the moon with the rings
Over the moon with them both, me and my wife had rings from this company What you see is what you get, they are absolutely beautiful, really comfortable to wear, great quality and we cannot wait to use them to renew our vows in a couple of weeks All I can say is, thank you so much Marco Voletti Jewelry!!
