We have 2 unwearable rings - UK & US sizing issues
My husband and I ordered a ring for my husband; we wanted new wedding rings as we have both lost weight and the Marco Voletti selection looked lovely. Ordering was simple, we measured my husband's finger, placed the order and the package arrived, however, when it arrived the ring was too small. I contacted customer services and they sent the link for me to pay £15.99 for the replacement service (apparently it is free but has a £15.99 charge for postage and processing the replacement). The replacement arrived and was too large. So we now have 2 rings which do not fit my husband and they do not take returns. I have given up and lost just under £100 for no reason. I really do not recommend this company. We are UK based and it seems as though sizing is US based, with no information about this on the site - so the sizing will always be off.
